I paid €1 for test results on instagram and then discovered I’d been enrolled in a subscription. Cancelling was far more difficult than it should have been, requiring repeated email login links and multiple cancellation steps. What looked like the final cancellation page wasn’t actually the end of the process. I eventually cancelled successfully, but not before my bank blocked my card and I had to replace it. I found the whole experience misleading and unnecessarily frustrating.

Without my knowledge a subscription was started for €14,99 when I only approved a €1 payment. I just sent a request for immediate cancellation. Reading other reviews it seems I am not the only one. Next time I’ll read reviews first.

Don’t download this app. You can try it but then it charges you a week later with 29,99 and WITHOUT CLEAR CONSENT.

Jullie schrijven dingen af waar ik mij niet voor aangemeld heb. Ik heb niks afgesloten qua abonnement. Er staat ook niks bij mijn Apple account. Stop met afschrijven van belachelijke bedragen. Ik kan ze ook niet eens terug boeken. Graag per direct stoppen hiermee. Jullie hebben ook een mail van mij!

I approved only the first 1 EUR payment with Apple Pay. A second 14,99 EUR charge appeared without any approval from me. Very misleading experience. Feels like a fraud. Disputing transaction right now

They do not process your cancelation and just continue to take your money. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I ever had with any app with subscription. DONT SUBSCRIBE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR LIFE

It had the option for a 7 day trial for 1 euro. I got charged 1 euro + 14,99 immediately without me being asked to confirm the second payment. I was looking for relief in the app instead I feel scammed

I signed up for a €1 for 7-day trial, not a free trial. However, I was immediately charged €15 and €4.99, and on 5 May and again on 12 May I was also charged €29.99.
I contacted support within the EU 14-day withdrawal period to request cancellation and a refund, but after more than 7 days I still have no response.
Multiple charges were taken while my cancellation request was pending, and customer support has not responded. Very disappointing experience.

Ik wilde ap uit proberen en je kon toen doneren voor een goed doel. Ik deed dat en erna kwam meteen een betaling perongelijk ging dat ook door terwijl ik normaal een code moet invoeren voor betalingen. Nu betaal ik per maand en weet niet hoe ik er van af kom.

Gave the opportunity to pay small fee to contribute.. $1-$15 etc then immediately after getting your information they charge you an extra $15
When u want to unsubscribe it becomes a whole problem. With hardships. Do not start or trust this company.

They trick you into a subscription. Waste off money. Doesn’t help with anything. ChatGPT gives better solutions then they do

I paid for something without approval i want my money back right now this is not good i paid 1 euro i had to approve it and then i pressed next 14,99 went from my back this a big scam

The app wasn't very clear about starting the premium package so make sure you don't accidentally start it. Or just double check to make sure it hasn't started on its own. Costumer service was a great help getting my money back

Ik heb het 2x opgezecht omdat dit totaal niet is wat ik zoek en veel te duur is. En ik krijg niks terug en wordt nogsteeds afgeschreven.

Why can’t i delete my account?! They say i have to cancel my subscription first but I clicked at it multiple times and nothing happens please stop my account cuz the test are stupid and don’t give you anything I want to stop my account right now because I paid for nothing!
