Athan-tijden: Qibla, Al-Quran

Almost all mosques in my area (the Netherlands) have set the start date of Ramadan as February 19. The app shows February 18, and when I select a different calculation method, nothing changes. Can this still be adjusted, or are the local mosques mistaken?

I have this app more than 5 years, I found it from my neighbor to know Ramadan time and prayer time. Works wonders. I can’t imagine my phone without this app…
