Apple TV

Even though you purchase a movie that includes iTunes Extras like extended material, deleted scenes etc. don’t expect to be able to watch it because the extra button doesn’t appear on either iPhone or iPad. Even contacting Apple Customer Service didn’t make a difference, as they are not able to solve the issue.
Also AppleTV production shows are not watchable in all countries. For example Stillwater season 3 has never been available. Again when contacting Apple CS they can only apologize and don’t have any more info.
Don’t waste your time purchasing movies or subscribing to AppleTV+.

Mijn gekochte films worden niet weergegeven in de Apple TV bibliotheek op mijn iPhone. Het wordt veroorzaakt door een te grote bibliotheek. De tv-app kan zo'n grote cache niet aan en loopt vast wanneer deze probeert te laden. Echt waardeloos. Je kunt hier over ook geen contact krijgen met Apple. Ze laten hun beste klanten in de kou staan.

It was annoying when it started to show apple tv subscription content all the time, but now it shows me a banner of severance show every single time on every single device where I have it.
I had movies bought there before this subscription service and now I'm forced to see ads of this service to get to movies I paid for.
Also, many movies I bought just silently disappeared from my account.
This service just isn't fair

Belachelijk dat dit niet ondersteunt wordt. Voor mij de reden om geen abbo te nemen en heil te zoeken bij prime, Netflix en hbo

It’s so unlogical to not have a seperate watchlist, and instead mixthe watchlist with ‘continue watching’. And then when you add TV shows to your watchlist, they just don’t show up there. Supper annoying and frustrating. All the streaming services get it right, why does Apple insist on reinventing the wheel, and then do it wrong? (Square wheels) Ghey used to be kings of the UX, this experience is broken.
Too bad because they’ve got some nice content, but the app UX is so horrible that the service is unusable

I tried several options to but a movie but nothing seems to work!
I have several credit and debitcard but apple rejected all of it. Please developers have look and fix the issue because it’s really frustrating!

Goede streaming dienst alleen jammer dat je regelmatig wegvallen van het geluid tijdens films en series 1 seconden maar wel heel vaak ik begrijp dat dit al lang bekend is bij Apple maar er nog geen oplossing in de updates is gekomen ik hoop dat dit irritante probleem snel verholpen wordt

Vage app. Een betaald abonnement heeft een klein aanbod. Wil je uit een groter aanbod films kijken moet je ook nog eens extra betalen!

Never had an app that’s so unfriendly and slow in use as Apple TV. The only good thing it is only a 7 days free trial.

As soon as I open the app. I see an empty library. Nothing is loading. Bug fix please

The app is garbage. First of all getting subscribing caused me issues due to my ideal payment method not being sufficient. Secondly, the app randomly stops, buffers, disables subtitles, when connected via apple tv. Thirdly the app doesnt work with chromecast. And now forthly I suffenly cant watch anything anymore on my phone. I am done problem solving this garbage.

Just ending the series and the app removed Silo? Can’t watch the ending? What is this?

I subscribed because I thought it would be as convenient as Netflix / HBO etc. but when I use the app on the TV it will not load any media. I can only do it with screen mirroring from my iPhone, but I'm not going to pay 10 EUR a month for that hassle.

Wanneer is de app voor het laatst geüpdatet? Er mankeert nogal wat aan. Beeld wordt soms plots erg donker, hij vertikt het een volgende aflevering van een serie af te spelen of hij spoelt enthousiast uit zichzelf direct door van het begin naar het einde van een aflevering.
Tijd voor een update, mensen betalen voor deze app!

At the beginning of using this app I liked it. But the more I use it the more I started to dislike and hate it. When I start watching a new episode of a serie it suggest another serie. Making matters worse the interface on 15 pro max doesn’t fully let you skip instantly the suggested other serie. You hit the skip button but then the skip interface disappears all while the suggested other serie still runs. I hate this so much. I hate this so much that other series are forced on you. Prime does this also and I hate. Just let me watch my serie or movie and stop this madness of showing me stuff I don’t want to see. After 10 times hitting Skip the app still doesn’t understand that I really don’t want to see the Silo serie. What a bad experience this app is.

De app werkt niet op de tv. Speelt alleen de intro af en daarna niets meer.
Ook streamen via mijn iPhone werkt niet op een Samsung tv. Dus de enige optie is kijken op mijn laptop of telefoon. Gelukkig nog in mijn proefabonnement
