MeerDe app voor verhuur is met elke verandering steeds moeilijker. Het lijkt mij een geval dat als je de degene bent die de verandering toepast. De klantvriendelijkheid uit het oog verliest. Mijn tip. Laat onafhankelijke vrienden/klanten/vrienden eens meekijken. Jullie zitten ineen it tunnelvisie. Ik heb het idee dat je het te moeilijk maakt voor klanten die geen it ervaring hebben.

MeerDoesn’t let me verify my account. When I give my phone number they don’t send a verification code and now I’m blocked for an hour cause I did too many attempts

MeerNicely designed (although searching is too complicated) but way too expensive, customer support is down the drain, fees are through the roof and hosts can just cancel your booking if they feel like they can earn more money.

MeerEvery time I search, I need to keep on applying filters. Poor user experience of not giving the ability to persist filters across searches! And I get shown 400€ / night advertisements each time I open the app (same ad every time) as if I can afford it. It seems like it’s becoming a place for Elites! And where’s the dark mode?

MeerAirbnb is the worst. They only want profit. We have been trying to get them to help us for a year now, we keep having to tell the story over and over again, every time we speak to different people, nobody knows anything. And meanwhile the big guys are filling their pockets of other people’s money. They probably don’t pay their employees enough. I hate everything about this company and everything it represents. F you Airbnb. I hope capitalism is serving you well. You will burn eventually. Greed is crawling all over you.

MeerApps as airbnb should not operate in countries and cities with housing shortages. The airbnb’s fees are very high for doing nothing . You will pay 17% in fees just for using the platform when you rent the place and the owner pays around 3%.

We had a reservation in Copenhagen and where we went to the appartement we were just trying to call the owner of it the owner said to us that he will not give us the keys because of as he means that we were there one time and we destroyed his apartment but the joke in that was that we had never been in Denmark before it’s out first time in Denmark then we contacted Airbnb customer service about 25 in 2 days and they just we will fixing it for you we just asked about if they could change the reservation but they keeping tell us to wait for especially customer service then we talked to them about the situation they say that they will call us about “30min” but we never have been contacted and they did this trick maybe 10 times or more and after that we asked if we could get our money back so we can do a new reservation in other places but they didn’t accept that and keep saying that “we will contact the owner” but the owner didn’t answer his phone and closed it after that. We will never do a reservation at this place again even we will sleep in the street.1door Moh******05/11/2023Very bad
MeerThey don’t respond on questions when you have problems. Instead they keep sending standard messages and not trying to solve the problem. This for over 2 weeks. It’s ridiculous. Also they keep giving the case to someone else. I used to have a good experience with airbnb but unfortunately not anymore …..

MeerMy reservation got cancelled by the owner. 5 minutes before i got the cancellation i got an email from the owner who was asking me what time i should arrive. 5 minutes later the reservation was cancelled with the reason that my requirements did not fit what they have to offer. Very strange as my arrival time was within their accepted time window. I then got help from their helpdesk who offered me 3 alternatives. Those alternatives were at Kerkira, Corfu while i reserved a house in Athens, Glifada. After some time i got 3 other options, which were way more expensive and further away from the place i want to stay to visit friends.
Hopefully AirBnB will help me with my case, but sofar this platform is not reliable to me.....1door Tij*******27/09/2023Worse than useless
MeerWatch out! Air B&B doesn’t vet people properly so in Europe especially they will cancel your reservation the literal night before so you have to rebook at an expensive hotel last minute. Air B&B is no help with this and will only offer you a credit, which is pointless if you can’t actually rely on the bookings.

MeerNa vijf jaar redelijk probleemloos gebruik als host, kan ik sinds de ‘upgrade’ op de kalender de data buiten mijn beschikbaarheidsperiode (3 maanden) niet meer blokkeren. Dus ik moet nu opletten dat ik deze alsnog blokkeer zodra de data in de periode van drie maanden ‘schuiven’. Dat is geen doen, dat gaat een keer mis. De helpdesk van Airbnb kan/doet hier niets mee. Dan maar via deze weg.

Meerraad ze niet aan, ze reageren snel en proberen je te helpen echter geloven wij er vrij weinig van en de host in kwestie laat ook nooit wat van zich horen. Ik raad dit niet aan omdat wij ons opgelicht voelen en door de host en door air bnb!
