Acloset – AI Modeassistent

With clothes I’ve already uploaded it’s great, but I can’t upload new items. I’ve reported the bug before, but even with the new update it still doesn’t work.

It’s a nice app, looks clean and it has simple easy to understand instructions. I was hesitant after reading the negative reviews because I thought they would ask me to pay, but so far it hasn’t asked me anything. Putting in all your clothes does take quite long tho since they only let you put in 5 at a time. Over all nice app that I would recommend for people with minimal amounts of clothes.

I use this app pretty often and I think it’s a bit excessive for numbers of features it has.
However, the way how to add clothes and create outfits is convenient.
You can also create a separate closet for some occasion but it’s not possible to add your outfits to this closet. I miss this option to check all outfits that related to particular closet in the closet.
I think it’s very useful and handy feature and Acloset, could please develop this possibility?

I truly LOVE this app but now we have to pay these ridiculous prices?
I would be fine paying for a life long membership but €130 A YEAR or €30 a month?! Is truly insane and do expensive.
I’ve been trying to find another app but nothing is the same.
I really hope the fees will be decreased because this is ridiculous!

I was using this app for a long time and it was great. Now I have to pay for it and all my clothes details are hidden. I refuse to pay so I’m deleting this app

I’ve been using this app for a really long time and I always really liked and enjoyed the app.
But now all of the sudden I have to pay, and personally I think the prices are really out there.. I mean 30 bucks a month for free use of the app is insane :/
Such a pity really liked the app but I’m not gonna pay because I have more than 100 items

I had this app for years and now there is an unannounced paywall. So I limited my clothes so I could still use the free version. Now they even lowered the amount of clothes for the free version. Definitely will choose another app

I am, like many others, very disappointed that suddenly you have to pay if you have >100 items in your closet. It was the perfect app for me. But the price of using the app now is way too high for its features. Sad.

Yes the app was slow but everything worked, and I used it every day for a long time- but now there’s an unannounced paywall?
Even if I wanted to pay, it doesn’t accept Ideal payment anyway, so there is no other option for me to go find another app, and lose all my data. Very disappointing!

Love this app and recommended it for years.
Your pricing structure is insane. Lots of users would be happy to pay but not these insane amounts. You will be hemorrhaging users.
The way you rolled out these changes is disrespectful - people can no longer view their clothes or outfits without subscribing. Not even a free trial so people can download their data.
In fact, you don’t offer bulk download of personal data (which sounds like an EU violation…) or any public customer service or replies. Your update description didn’t even include the change to a subscription model. Your ‘free’ option includes fewer clothes (100) than is indicated as the average closet IN YOUR OWN APP (118).
You have to understand people will simply no longer bother with this app and switch to others? Leaving negative reviews which will harm your potential customer base?
Please reconsider your pricing structure. A few dollars or euros per month - even one - would mean so many more users stay which would work out in your benefit!

Since the new update you need subscription (pay) for everything it was a nice free app now it’s not please fix this! l am looking for another app now

I’ve been using Acloset for about seven months and I love it, but without any adjustment time Acloset have changed the conditions and it’s not free anymore. I spent a looot of time uploading and perfecting every clothing item I own (from shoes to hair clips) and now I either have to delete more than 75% of it or start paying €70 a year. Until I decide, I can’t use the app anymore…

After years of using acloset logging not just all my clothing but also every accessory I own for up to 300 items, I’ve been hit with a paywall out of nowhere. They’re expecting me to pay 30 euros a month or even 130 euros a year! Just to be able to see my clothing descriptions. I can’t log anything anymore, and the pricing is absolutely insane when you compare them to other apps like open wardrobe or style book. There’s not even a one time purchase option for long time users. I’m super disappointed because they never announced this in the app. I don’t understand their reasoning and I’m devastated to lose my entire collection from one day to the other. I’ve recommended this app to so many friends and colleagues and I hate that I’ll have to tell them that all their hard work cataloguing is now suddenly behind a paywall. I don’t recommend this app any longer as long as the prices are this high. I’d pay 130 euros for a lifetime subscription no problem, but a year is insane.

Really disappointed that not you have to pay. It was a perfect free app and now you have to pay for everything. Have to move to other apps because of that

My size is not an option in the profile set up. I really wanted to use this app, but I am deleting it out of principle.

Nice app to make outfits but suddenly I couldn’t upload clothes anymore? It gave the message “No network. Please check your connection” but my internet connection was perfectly fine?
