Yachting Monthly Magazine INT

Works well on iPad. Unfortunately, the December 2016 magazine seems to be delayed rather significantly. A pity that there is no information available on the cause of this. As an update, after two weeks of email exchanges, the YM helpdesk is unable to help, blames ITunes. ITunes can't help and directs me to YM. Full circle. The helpdesk is even to supply the missing december issue by post, a real shame!

Overall no problems reading on an older iPad except the lag associated with the machine. The app itself is fine other than I would appreciate being able to select text to copy and make notes with.

The app is ok when reading a magazine, although it would benefit from an easy way to file interesting articles. But when you want to subscribe to the magazine or assess magazines within your subscription it is very user unfriendly.
Also the helpdesk is quite slow in its response.

The content of this magazine is great, better than the average sailing magazine. But frequent crashes and slow performance make it close to impossible to read it on an iPad. Pity!

I 'd recommend any YM reader to switch to the iPad version. You do need the Retina display but then an entire page is perfectly readable in portrait mode
