The captions and dubs are an absolute embarrassment… just ai generated, blatantly wrong mess. Accessibility at wow is doing exactly the opposite of what it’s supposed to.

Since a couple of weeks, the subtitles aren’t working properly anymore when chromecasting. It just picks a random language no matter which one I choose on my device and I can’t change it. Very annoying,

If you love dragrace, WPP is your channel. And it works fine. Except of course for the AI language translation dubbing, which is catastrophically bad. Please, please, please just stop that. I do not need to hear excruciatingly bad Dutch, just give me the show in English.

The AI subtitles are wrong every other words. It’s not like there’s new content coming in daily so there’s no excuse to not review these weekly episodes. Shame!

Please turn off the automatic AI dub. Having to change the audio track back to English every time is so annoying

Airplay/streaming barely works and when it does it feels like its buffering or slowed 0.5 sec

I love the content, don’t get me wrong. However, the TV app needs to be fixed. It keeps buffering or not showing the episodes at all. This makes the ads before every episode very annoying (they are always the same!)
Also, I think the subtitles are AI generated. So best to use English subs.

I payed using Apple and it didn’t work for moths. When I realised I payed for nothing I contacted both WOW and Apple, both pointing to each other. They even let me pay for the month in which I told them it didn’t work. They basically robbed me.

Stop making Dutch dubs. It's bad! In the Netherlands, everyone watches with subtitles, and we despise dubbing. It's for little kids.

Since a while , the international content is not in the original language , but dubbed in Dutch ( horrible ) I am trying to change the language into Orginal . But after 40 min I still haven’t succeeded. Annoying

When watching a video such as Meet the Queens of a non english language i am forced to listen to a badly AI dubbed variant of the video. with no option to change it back to their original language. no setting option on app versions. only on laptop im able to change it which i have to do manually each time. as a Paid Subscriber i do not want to be forced to lidten to unethical AI slob that badly translates the original audio. its honestly an insult to my ears, the international queens and nature that this is added. each time i try to fix it as well i am forced to sit through an add (on a paid platform?) of the vegas untucked live. atleast create more ads than one repetitive one or dont do adds at all. protect queer art doenst mean you can defile it with artificial intelligence

Besides the amazing content, but after the last update “bug fixes and performance improvements” they simple added advertisements right after they ALSO raised the subscription costs. We might be pushed towards the next phase: premium subscription within a few moments, but you cannot do these things in a single moments. It feels we pay more to watch advertisements before the vids?…
