We’ve resolved an issue that was causing offline charger updates to fail.
Update comes too late
I did have the problem that the update failed all the time. Unfortunately the app update comes too late as I can’t connect anymore to the charger. The Bluetooth disconnects all the time.
Summer/winter time
The bug in this app is still there.
Last sunday of March change to summertime. The notification that I get 10minutes ahead of planning/schedule is one hour later then expected. Wintertime schedule is starting at 23:00h and get 22:50 a notification. After change to summertime, I get notification at 23:50h.
Last change of summertime to wintertime I also complain about this bug. Look at 10th November.
Notification is at 21:50h.
I got advice to mail this to support. Did that and the solution from support is to reschedule the planning.
If this is the solution, then I have to do this twice a year.
This is not user and customer friendly. Last week updated the app and bug is still there.
Fix this bug in this app.
Headache
Reliability is what you need when charging your car this is not a continually reliable charging system 3.5-4/5. It has stopped working so many times I have lost count, it becomes disconnected or stops charging constantly, weekly events. We had a major breakdown and the system had to be reinstalled (a new box), then the new box stopped working and it took over a dozen emails to get it sorted with the first run of emails being a repeat of the previous ones as I was passed from one person to the next. Overall, now that I know how to reset the whole system, it has worked but it’s not as reliable as it should be.
