Getting into the grove
MeerI’ve tried to get into mindfulness many times in my life. I certainly cannot say I have now, but the app and the content on the app has helped me maintain a consistent habit of mindfulness for over a month.
I used to think that guided meditations were futile and that you should be able to meditate without help. I see now how important guided meditations are for building a habit and understanding of the practice.
