Too Expensive and Short Free Trial
MeerAfter completing all the setup steps, you’re required to pay to use the app, iMeditate. While they do offer a 7-day free trial, it’s too short for my busy schedule. Additionally, the app is quite expensive.

MeerI've been using the Wake Out app for a few months now, and it's been excellent for my back pain. The app has helped me get up regularly while working at the office and from home, which has significantly reduced my discomfort. Additionally, the exercises it provides have strengthened and stretched my back muscles, leading to noticeable improvements. Overall, I've found it to be a worthwhile investment and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to alleviate back pain and stay active during the workday.

MeerThis is the first app I’ve used and continued to use. I am one of those people who hates sports and exercise, and can focus on my (sitting) job for hours on end. This app is the first to break that cycle and actually gets me kind of enjoying the exercises.
What is key I think is that the app doesn’t have buff fitness instructors smiling and encouraging you. Its way more approachable and puts you in control of just 30 seconds of doing an exercise at your desk sitting or going for a morning more intense exercise that lasts longer. Including control to skip things you dislike or cannot do. It just suggests a new micro new exercise.
Having exercises tailored to the situation and time of day also helps a lot.
Only thing I would like is better integration with Apple Health and AppleWatch. I cannot count the number of times I am actually exercising using Apple’s exercise app. For example a long outdoor walk and it comes up ‘hey how about a exercise?’. Or spending an entire day working in the garden getting a message about being sedentary while moving heavy bricks around. And even more intense workouts are always registered as ‘body and mind’ seemingly not counting towards your exercise rings. Kinda a bummer when you just spend 5 minutes doing squads, sit-ups and other exercises.
Apple Watch is sadly useless with this app. It cannot be used like the Nike app joined with your phone. So the exercise playes fully on your watch.. which then turns off as you move your arms to do the exercise. Where the Nike app has the option to use the watch to monitor heartrate and shows the exercise on your phone.
With a better health and watch integration this app would reach perfection. Hope the devs can make that possibile.4door The*******06/07/2024
