In response to the feedback on high buyer fee, their solution is to increase the seller fee, and eventually an even higher platform fee. This is hilarious and hypocritical, it doesn’t solve anything at all. The platform already charges a lot, now even more, creating a huge gap between what seller receives and what buyer pays, making it harder to sell. good luck with the greediness.q

Warning to all seller and buyers! Do not trust this App. This platform charges extreme high commissions to both buyer and seller, meanwhile producing very irresponsible authentication report with obvious report like saying watch face diameter is 15cm and refuse to fix. When I file complaint about their problem, they simply block my account as retaliation. If such platform has no credibility towards seller, how can it be trusted by buyers?! Avoid such unprofessional and unethical platform at all costs!

Useless app, my account is blocked for absolutely no reason after solely making an account, I haven’t even used the app yet. Contacted customer support and the only reply was that it is blocked and there is nothing they can do about it. Dissapointing and useless.

If your package is not delivered (which happens often and is not vestiaires fault), vestiaire will only start an investigation if you upload your identity card or passport. This is not allowed under European law, as it is not necessary for the carrier to receive such information for an investigation into your package delivery. However, it is impossible to talk to a human through vestiaire customer service. Flagrant violation of privacy.

My shopping experience with the VC has deteriorated over years and navigating trustworthy seller has become very difficult. Quality control by the VC is very variable, and I have had a very disappointing experience recently. I would limit my purchases to lowly priced items online going forward.

useless app, full with bugs and glitches and your not even allowed to exchange phone numbers etc for better communication to talk with your buyer or seller. you instantly gets banned.

Since the latent update for iOS I only see half, big pictures when I start searching for something. Terrible!

What did you do? Search results show enlarged partial images only… please fix this.

The fees were already far to high and just increased again, which will be the reason for me to stop VC once I sold my existing listings. And the quality of the app is only degrading, half the time it doesn’t even start up.

This app claims to check the authenticity of every item, but that’s not really the case. I uploaded a few items that weren’t original (stone island t-shirts) just to check if it would work, and they still passed their so-called ‘inspection.’ It’s clear they’re just focused on taking high commissions and limiting direct contact between buyers and sellers. Honestly, you’re much better off using Vinted. It’s cheaper, more transparent, and you keep more of your earnings. Trust me, I know — check out my profile: verkoop.h on Vinted.

By far the worst experience ever selling something online. Communication with the costumer service is terrible and not helpful at all. Communication with the buyer is very difficult because of the many words you are not allowed to use. The app looks great (and to buy something it might be fantastic), but for me it was a complete waste of time. Never again.

I really love vestiaire unfortunately the app doesn’t work anymore I get a full white screen all the time!

CC support is more or less a chat bot that answers different questions you raised. Not great after you purchased expensive products and seller is non compliant with the rules.

I had very unpleasant experience on the platform. They sold me a used bag as new. When I complained they insisted on me keeping it. Now they are charging me additional costs and fees to resell it. Truly criminal business. Do not buy - go to a store.

The sellers sent all packages through snail mail. I’ve been waiting 20 days for a package fro Germany to Portugal. I could have walked there and came back within this time!

Their quality control, which you supposedly pay for for your protection, lets through items that should never pass. After sending me shows that were clearly marked with black marks on the sole, I was asked to send them back for a second check. I even attached a printed photo pointing out the black marks. Their response was that the shoes were as described, while none of this was visible in the originally posted photos. Now they will repost them themselves and I am left with nothing. Luckily I can chase after my money through the credit card company. I will never order something from these scammers again and suggest you don’t either. Half the posted items is fake, the other half is flawed.

Most bad ux ever. This app is so controlling and pushing. I hate it. Really.
I’m gonna sell my jacked, and hope to never use it again.
