No, I don’t want to do unskippable surveys every time I open the app on what kind of music I like, what my instrument is, how I would consider my style of playing, if I’m in a dedicated relationship and what my annual income is. Just show me chords. Recently the app just doesn’t load anymore, and I think my anger issues disappeared as a result. Figuring out any song by ear perhaps costs me more time, but at least you don’t have to use this pushy, sloppy, overcomplicated, underdesigned rag of an app that does everything besides JUST SHOWING ME CHORDS. Cut the BS.

Ik weet dat dit een hele fijne app is omdat vrienden van mij het gebruiken, maar ik als het download blijf ik vast hangen op een scherm waar ik niet vanaf kom tot ik betaal voor de app terwijl ik dat niet wil dus kan ik de app niet gebruiken! Ik zou het waarderen als er een kijkje naar genomen lan worden wat het is een echt een top app!
Ook heb ik een oudere telfoon maar hij zou het moeten doen‍♀️

Needed assistance with changing obsolete email address while not recalling password used. Contacted the helpdesk and issue was resolved professionally. Use the app already for several years and the developers keep improving.

Ik heb de summer deal gekocht en sindsdien kan ik de akkoorden niet meer afspelen om te horen of ik het juist doe. Het werkt alleen als ik op de strumming 2x klik, dan hoor ik ver weg het akkoord en voor de rest alleen de strumming. Dit is waardeloos want daardoor hoor ik niet of ik het juist doe. Denk dus goed na of je betaalt.

Never had an app that's so incredibly annoying in giving me the same survey every time I open it to 'personalize' my experience, after which it shows me 3 ways in which I can subscribe to it for a year. If you're going to put content out for free, just show an add and be done with it because this is too annoying

Jammer dat de app je zo vaak de melding laat zien dat je moet betalen voor beter gebruik van de app. Er staan ontzettend veel chords op maar helaas is de helft niet gratis beschikbaar.

Het is een leuke app alleen jammer dat ze je de heletijd reclames krijgt over een abonnement, maar wel fijn de het meeste gratis is

This app is fantastic for practising solo. It’s just missing the feature to sync the tabs with you bandmates so the start stop and speed can be in synchronised.
Please add this!

This app is no help at all if you don’t pay for it. Searching and learning stuff needs to be easy and open to find instead of paying for it.

I already have a lifetime pro account, I'm not looking to buy a course, I just wanna see the tabs and chords that I have saved. I hate that when I open the app I need to fill in an unskippable survey about data that will not be used to make my experience better, but only is used to then try to sell me a course subscription which I don't need. Please, get rid of this nonsense.

Unfortunately there are some bugs that need to be fixed. When I use the app on iPad the app freezes sometimes when I click on a song.

I think it is fine to have a subscription model. Maybe I would even pay for it. But If you, as a company, decide to also offer a free version then offer a usable version. Do not ask every button click , every action you do, every song you search, for an upgrade or play stupid game videos or just otherwise block me. Instead , only allow access to paid users. Now it is sheerly impossible to use this app and it drains all my joy in playing guitar.

Prijzen zijn ondoorzichtig. Ook als je betaald moet je elke dag door hun advertenties heen om in het programma te komen. Zoeken naar een spel in de hooiberg bij instellingen om abonnement niet te verlengen.

Vreselijk irritant dat je bij opening van de app telkens door een aantal vragen heen moet waarna je bijna geruisloos naar de aanschaf van cursussen wordt geloodst.

Helaas een app die te veel irritante reclame heeft. Natuurlijk kun je de betaalde app gebruiken. Maar het vervelende is dat dit gewoon bestanden aanbiedt door particulieren ooit gratis op het internet zijn gezet.
Een andere irritatie is dat als ik naar tabs zoek in Google en daar een link naar deze app vindt, dat de app opent maar niet met de zoekterm die ik opgegeven heb. Ik weet niet of dat aan Google ligt of aan de app.
