Ik bestel met enige regelmaat eten via Thuisbezorgd.nl.
Ik heb niet altijd zin en tijd om zelf te koken, en dan is de keuze reuze en zeer gevarieerd via deze App.
Blij mee.

I have no idea of when you guys changed this, but out of a sudden your prices are higher and your support is non existent.
I cannot express enough that your current rating on apple is far from reality.
If you are thinking “hm, maybe I’ll start using this app” please, save yourself a LOT of money in fees and time stressing at simply having no control over your orders, and no assistance when things go wrong.
Used Thuisbezorgd for the past 3 years consistently, and am simply shocked by the decay in quality.

Order never delivered and it is impossible to communicate with them. You only talk to an AI agent. Still waiting to reach out to me for a refund. Awful service, would never recommend this app. There are other apps which make communication much easier. I will definitely delete this app.

Horrible experience, I never got my food nor my money back. Use this company if you like to pay to be hungry. Customer service was worse than useless, they only want to close ticket asap by robotically denying any claim. What a fraudulent business. They should change their name to “PayToStarve”.

I had an order that wasn’t delivered at all and i had proof that i tried to contact the restaurant and the support multiple times but they refuse to help and they won’t refund me back. It feels like a scam and i’m so surprise how useless is the support if they can protect the customers

When something goes wrong, forget about getting support, the stupid "AI" chatbot can't solve a thing and when asked to put in communication with a real agent it answers "Sorry, I can’t connect you to an advisor right now. Please select a topic from the list and I'll do my best to help."
The lack of real customer support for this app is making me hate ordering food online. I prefer to go back to directly call the business and have a direct communication with them and cut the middle man

Dure bezorgkosten, en slechte dekking m.b.t.o geldterug garantie (om welke reden dan ook). Beter af bij Uber.

Neemt geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid voor hun fouten en lliegen ook nog eens glashard. We bestelen in het vervolg wel zonder thuisbezorgd.

Wat een k** app is dit geworden. Dubieuze restaurants uit mijn buurt hebben belachelijk hoge beoordelingen.
Gisteren waren de bezorgde hamburgers verbrand en zat er geen cola bij. Klachten kun je alleen indienen bij hun domme chatbot die je niet wil/kan helpen. Geen andere mogelijkheid voor klantenservice. Voor mij voortaan lekker bestellen bij de groene concurrent.

I got a wrong delivery. The ticket and all for another person. Only chat bots answered and when a person finally answerer, the just ignore me saying they are gathering data. They take your money but won’t make sure I get my order or refund.

I entered my stampcard code, cancelled the payment from within the app and it was gone……

Je kan bij de verschillende restaurants een bestelling plaatsen, je krijgt regelmatig een aanbieding en extra korting!

Ik doe een bestelling en krijg mijn eten niet. Mijn geld krijg ik volgens het restaurant pas over 5 dagen terug. Dus geen geld om een nieuwe bestelling te doen of dan maar boodschappen te halen. Schandalig!

Onoverzichtelijk en niet makkelijk om te zoeken en vinden, teveel keuze die niet zoekt

Ze willen zoveel mogelijk verdienen en zo min mogelijk verantwoordelijkheid nemen. Het zijn ratten.
Geen enkele manier is contact mogelijk na een order die nooit is aangekomen maar wel betaald. Steek je tijd er niet in , ga naar de concurrent!

1,5 uur wachten en op het moment dat het eten geleverd zou worden annuleren ze de bestelling. Van mij mag de hele horeca omvallen.
