Alles keurig en netjes, op tijd, duidelijke informatie. Goede app. De business lounge op Schiphol opende pas om 05:30u, dat had ik wel wat eerder open verwacht. Maar service is top. Lekkere koffie en broodjes. (En nog veel meer, keuze genoeg)

Very old style user interface. Too many confusing options and upselling in the flow.

Greatest app so far. Up to date to the second. Very well designed. Pleasure to use.

Een heldere website, vul de basis correct in, meld je aan en echt alle details kloppen. Top!

I wanted to check in online when I first received the message that the flight was overbooked and after that the website crashed at the last step of the check in. The website didn’t work anymore. So I tried to download the app and from the very start the language of the whole app is Greek! Are you kidding me?
Can’t find a language button anywhere. I’ve been struggling for two hours now for a simple check in. Such a waste of time.

Flights under profile are often not loaded without a refresh, and app sends me notifications about e.g. a gate change one day after my trip.

Of the 13 airline apps I have on my phone this is the worst by far:
- not intuitive
- logs in and out at most incomvenient times
- creating a boarding pass has a success rate of approximately 50%

When checked in, no boarding card shows in the ‘documents’ setting
Sometimes all flight info is available, sometimes not.
Definately not a Swiss-clockwork-style app.

When there is a gate change, this is not shown / reflected in the App and/or your mobile boarding pass in the app.

Boarding pass does not load in apple wallet.
Extremely slow and not intuitive to use.
Does not compare or jeep up with apps from competitors.
A bad mark for what is otherwise a great customer experience....

Extremely user unfriendly log in procedure (I haven't succeeded so far):
1) you need to enter some 15-digit user id that you can only find back in your original confirmation
2) you then need to enter a pin rather than a password, that I can't remember having received. So you then need to request a new pin.
3) after requesting a new pin the email does not arrive directly (waiting 20 minutes now)...
All very frustrating!

The idea of the app is very good however it is so slow to be not usable, and you are obliged to go to the standard site. In a nutshell: get rid of it.

No need for a Swiss watch to measure the performance of this app, a calender will do.
Therefore: completely useless for travelling

Prima idee als het zou werken. Crasht regelmatig en boarding pass wordt niet altijd ontvangen.

Boarding pass werkt nog niet echt lekker. Verder prima app. Een van vele in de vliegbranche

Dit is een app zoals ze behoren te zijn. Makkelijk, overzichtelijk en gebruiksvriendelijk.

This is how an app should work. Fabulously designed and works to perfection. If you fly with Miles and More or with Swiss, you need this beautiful application.

Beautiful design, state of the art functionalities, nothing to complain about except...
Flights with LH and OS do not appear in my bookings.
Always a bit of struggle juggling from one app to the other.
Make it compatible for flights sake!
