Good idea, but lacks keyboard shortcuts
For many tasks it is not possible to navigate with only the keyboard, making everything much more cumbersome than necessary. At least make it possible to make a new task and edit an existing task without using the mouse. It requires way much clicking at the moment, and all the unnecessary clicks slow the workflow down significantly unfortunately.
It’s good but everything takes too long
I’ve used To-Doist, Akiflow, Asana, Google Calendar and others and I do really like this one but some things just take too much time to quickly edit compared to others. If I want to edit a task and add some subtasks, I need to go into Edit, scroll all the way down and then edit and it doesn’t detect lists so you have to go one by one. Most importantly is being able to edit sub tasks on the go.
Also I can’t figure out how to add things to inbox quickly from the Mac App. Only if the inbox is empty you can add an item but after that I can’t figure out to add something to Inbox instead of the selected day.
Lastly, changing time on a task means you have to go to Edit, and then change the duration. Changing the time is also a different window and currently doesn’t work. Also a let down.
Other than that it’s a good app, I just wish it was a bit sleeker.
Great app, with focus on the daily
I love the visual aspect, the AI feature feels essential and not an afterthought, I have pain points on adding multiple inbox items manually still, and I wish I could sync with ProtonCalendar somehow, neverthe less, great app with the paid version
