I like this Password App a lot because it gives me the ability to sync between my devices via WiFi and the general use and options of the app. As for the improvements...
When I unlock the iPhone app and sometime later just lock my phone or close the app it seems to forget to register something. Because when I come back to the app I often can only access it with the password and not my fingerprint. I’ve mentioned this to you before a long time ago but it was dismissed as a settings-issue. However I changed the mentioned setting and am still experiencing the issue. It’s very annoying! And seems like an easy fix. The ING bank app solved it by incorporating a fingerprint icon in the password screen to reactivate the fingerprint-id.
Next up: Favorites category.
Could you please give the favorites category a dedicated shortcut permanently visible or move it to the top of the category-list?

Sells life time licenses but iTunes keeps you charging since they don't stop your subscription, nor do they warn you in advance. Stay away. Bought a lifetime subscription but now it doesn’t work until i pay 20 dollar annualy - and is locked. Great if you are abroad and need your paswords and bankcodes.

Sinds een paar dagen gebruik ik de upgrade versie met ‘lifetime plan’ op mijn iPhone 4s, iPhone 7 en iPad pro.
Alles werkt prima en ben geen data kwijt of ander ongemak dus ik heb er vertrouwen in. Aanrader dus!

De oude versie werkt niet meer in iOS 11. Ik ben dus al mijn gegeven kwijt! Ik kan de nieuwe versie downloaden, maar de pro uitvoering kost mij € 20,00 per jaar en dan weet ik nog niet zeker of ik mijn gegevens kan overzetten. Voor mij geen Splash Data producten meer!

Have been using this app on iPhone, iPad and Windows for quite a long time as a Pro (paying) user. Since a couple of month, probably since the lastest release it's totally crap. It does not perform proper syncing anymore, is dead slow, sometimes crashes, doesn't produce Touch Id, and with the lack thereof even sometimes doesn't produce on-screen keyboard, so you are just locked out of the app. Just had my bank password wrong on the iPad app because of this and had to go back to the Windows app and type it over.
This situation has been for the last couple and I am still waiting for an update that works. As long as that's not available, don't buy this app.

Using it for long time. Payed for a whole year 3 days a go. Now the iPhone app keeps saying please use pro. When I click the message it says purchase restored. But nothing works. And because I use fingerprint I do not know my password so desktop is not a option! Very hard to find Helpdesk!

For many year loyal to SplashID but now with iOS 9 Update. The app is not working anymore. Please fix this bug asap

I am using SplashId password manager for more than 5 years. Using the pasword manager on my iPad, iPhone, Windows PC and am very satisfied.

I use splashID on my iPhone, windows PC and laptop. Always my passwords, bank accounts and other stuff safe and synchronized. Easy to use.

This password and personal information manager has worked simply and elegantly for a long time, and it continues to safely get better.

Gebruik zowel de iPhone App als de desktopversie op de Mac. Werkt als een trein, zou niet meer zonder kunnen.

Prima app, doet wat je er van verwacht, na wat opstart problemen na updat naar SplashID Safe werkt het nu prima, aanpassingen worden direct overgezet op iPhone, iPad en iMac, aanrader, Hansel

I'm using this app an the desktop client for some time now. The new V8 licensing scheme is very expensive. The functionality of the standard release is crippled to the extent that it is unusable and worthless; no sync, one device and no backup!
Do not buy this app!

Not very intuitive interface (to put it mildly), duplicate records on every device pop up randomly (350 to 700, great to undo manually) and cumbersome syncing. No support at all - or a very slow reply if your are lucky. Sells life time licenses but iTunes keeps you charging since they don't stop your subscription, nor do they warn you in advance. Stay away.

Using it for years already, now fully integrated with cloud while still possible to keep control on what you sync. Cross platform, regularly updated with new features, great app for keeping yourself safe
