Smart Air Conditioner

The App has not worked via internet for more than a year. Samsung support indicated that they were working on a solution, but nothing until today. So USELESS app.

This app has become useless.
When you want to connect the units to the wifi the app crashes.
We can’t use the app anymore.
So back to the old fashion way and use the remote control.
I bought this Samsung system because I can keep the house cool remotely.

Evert time when i open THE app IT takes way to muts time for a response and find my AC and out of home i must login to my account and then it can not find my AC at al or i must check the main power.redicilus app i buy this system for the remote with phone and controle true the internet and home network but iT works terreble or not at all.

Every time you open the app you have to login to your Samsung account! Ridiculous. Moreover, the interface is horribly slow, it takes minutes to execute the simple task of turning on the A/C. This is not what I bought a 4500 Euro system for, please improve!

Works sometimes only, you have to log on every time you open the app and that takes a lot of time. The app is not further developed, was hoping for a working system but Samsung is forcing to use a 3rd party solution like sensibo or tado. Waste of extra money for the wifi airco edition!

Since iOS 8 it does not work Program goes directly to demo.
The function My Wind and a few options like fan speed, vertical and horizontal swing are not available in the iPhone app. Major dissapointment.

Prima app en makkelijk in gebruik.
Goede ondersteuning van MK airco uit Heerhugowaard. Ben zeer tevreden met m'n nieuwe airco. Echt voor deze tijd. Een aanrader!
