Worst ever! Restricts all the time happens! They ask bank statement to unlocking the restrictions, did they twice and finally unlocked and now restrict again! Don’t use this!

They're cheating with your money; you transfer it, but it never arrives. You can message them all you want, but they won't contact you. It's pure fraud. I advise people who miss out on something that should be in their Skrill account immediately, but doesn't happen, to report it to the local police.

This app is not the instant money transfer app. SEPA payments take hours even though they are instant and faster payments. There is no status of where the money is. Once you have transferred from your EUR account to their Ireland based JP Morgan Chase Account, the app continues to show awaiting payment. After that if your payment has to go to non European countries, you have to wait as it may take days. Other apps provide instant money transfer.
I raised the case on my international money transfer case and I received only an automated email. Please note there is no European contact number or any support desk email. You are left in dark and wait. There is only a US Eastern Time contact number.
Other apps provide better tracking, payment support and instant transfer services.

I was forced to get this app in order to play pokerstars. It firstly refused to wire the money to my poker stars, but hey maybe that’s just pokerstars’ problem . When I tried to wire the money back to my bank, I was shocked to see how high the transfer rate was… I wonder, why does this app exist if people can just use PayPal?

I didn’t received my money even after 30days. Support service is not responding

Do NOT get this app if your trying to make online payments it takes away your money and has alot of fees, also if you try to exchange currencies it takes away your money too without telling or warning you and the support is also horrible, do not recommend

I have a company, i try already more then 20 times to verify my account, but they dont verify. I upload my pasport, papers from my adres still they dont verify and i cant use skrill. I try the support, but the phone number is not working. I try chatbot, but even the chatbot cant help me. So big company with so bad system. I lose lot of time. If they dont help me, i will go to other company

Skrill permanently closed my account without giving a valid reason, even though my activity was fully legal and personal. I still have €1,134.01 stuck in the account.
I contacted them multiple times requesting my money to be transferred to my bank or Wise account. They ignored all these emails and only responded to non-essential messages. Their replies are generic and avoid addressing the real issue: my money.
I have already submitted a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman and will escalate further if needed. Be very careful using this service — they might freeze or close your account and keep your funds without justification.

Deposit via the bank is very quick just within 1 minute but withdrawal is too slow sometimes took 2-3 days sometimes a few hours. Withdrawal should be the same deposit

I had breached the terms which after they froze my account, didn’t know what I did . The breached of term fee was 150€ and then they took 5€ for 9 months because of a inactivity fee. I’m sorry but this is a really scammy move when u freeze someone’s account and then start pulling money out

When I first wanted to put money in my account it took longer than expected before it came up but don’t worry like me it just goes well

I don’t know what is happening is this a scam or what I deposited 2500 they said it will take 2 working days it has been 2 weeks I have seen nothing and I can’t contact them no phone number,no customer service I am really disappointed

The worst company ever! They frozed my account and it blocked for no reason almost 2,000 eur for already 2 days. Impossible to contact them as well!

I have been waiting for 7 days for an amount of 264 euros. I have sent several emails to Skrill but they have not responded. what is this strange behavior? You don't expect this from a bank, more from a criminal organization.
