Veranderd elke maand, en er is altijd wel een foutmelding zonder duidelijke beschrijving.

In just downloaded the newest version. When I open the app, it’s not working and keeps saying I’m not using the newest version. What can I do?

The whole app looks like it's from time of Windows 98，while the expense page has so many bugs - it's impossible to type in amount of my travel request. Tried 1000 times, restated phone and tried again still doesn't work. The software engineer of Concur and the whole company of SAP should be very shame on themselves for making such an awful product.

Werkt nu alleen op 17.0 versie! Mijn telefoon heeft 16.7.11 versie. Heel vervelend, ik ga hiervoor geen nieuwe telefoon aanschaffen.

Easy to use app… hotels are still an issue but yet it can be partially solved. Finding flights is easy and hotels as well.

I do my expenses on my web-browser on the PC, and since a while I've discovered how to scan multiple expenses at once and upload them individually. This helps me to get organized and efficient through the workflow and minimizes chances on mistakes and is extremely user friendly. I can't wait for the AI to recognize text and autofill the webform - else I can't see how you can make it simpler - and curious to know if your system will be intelligent enough to recognize the region and select the correct date format (upto 12 van be a month and above 13-31 is a day, butncurious if you use eg Euro-sign and/or cityname to determine the date format).

Ik vind het erg teleurstellend dat je niet kunt bellen als je een probleem ervaart. Soms kun je even niet verder door allerlei verplichten zaken en weet je niet waar je het moet zoeken. Het zou fijn zijn als iemand je dan kan helpen.

Sinds paar dagen freezed de applicatie wanneer ik een nota open. Telefoon al geupdate naar nieuwste versie en concur verwijderd en opnieuw geinstalleerd. Geen mogelijkheid om rechtstreeks contact op te nemen met customer support .

App vraagt om update en dan wordt ik naar app centre geleid

When you need to select a Date, you can not confirm the chosen date, no buttons to ‘Okay’ it. Also when new expense is being made you can not save it (date can’t be saved) and no save button. If you “go back” it doesn’t save the expense.

iPad is no longer working: there is a loop, keeps trying to login, provide username then password and then back to username

I sent this review about a month ago! So you are not gonna fix it, right?!
Why do you try to decide which iOS I must have on my phone? Really?! And why it says I can use the app older version but the download doesn’t work!

Ben wel tevreden met de app alleen nu kan ik niet meer inloggen en als ik mijn users naam invul krijg ik geen e-mail terug!
