Samsung Galaxy Fit (Gear Fit)

Het is een best prima app alleen een probleem is dat de Galaxy fit 3 niet kan koppelen. Ik en meerdere mensen hopen dat dit later in een volgende update toegevoegd kunt worden zodat iedereen plezier heeft van hun mooie horloges. Nog een fijne dag verder.

I have bought a Samsung galaxy fit3 and I downloaded this app to connect my fit3. However it is not connecting. In the options there is no option for a fit3. My question is, will there be an update to add the fit3 to the options? I would like to use my fit3 but if I cannot install it, then I have to return it.

I have a Galaxy Fit SM-R370 (the first one) and I can connect this to my iPhone 12 Pro no problem. I can just select "Galaxy Fit" from the list and connect it.
But on the iPhone 6s, it only displays "Galaxy Fit e", "Gear Fit2 Pro" and "Gear Fit2" in the list of devices you can connect. Galaxy Fit and Galaxy Fit2 are missing.
I'm pretty sure this is just a user interface bug and not because of the different iPhone version.
On both the iPhone 12 Pro and the iPhone 6s I have app version 2.2.2 installed, even though the 12 Pro is on iOS 17.1.2 and the 6s is on iOS 15.8, the app version is 2.2.2 for both phones, so it would make sense that I can connect any of the 5 wearables listed on my 12 Pro, also on my 6s
I think it's possible that just because the 6s screen is smaller the top 2 devices in the list are not being displayed. It would be very awesome if devs could take a look

Bij de instellingen kun je het ‘weer’ aan en uit zetten. Deze heb ik aan staan, maar dagelijks moet ik die weer opnieuw aanzetten. Spontaan gaat die steeds op uit.
Ik gebruik de app op een iOS toestel. Wanneer lossen jullie dat probleem nou een keer op. (Al eerder gemeld)

Okay, so I get that brands want to promote their own brand and make like little annoyances in apps across different brands to promote switching, but this app is insane. First of all, the app connects really badly to the watch, it takes like 5 sometimes even 10 attempts. Then it also disconnects around 3 times a day sometimes randomly sometimes because you change WiFi or are out of range or something, which is annoying in itself but you also have to do the whole try-to-reconnect-dance again (as I’ve mentioned before). On top of that the interface and shop are designed like a random person in some backally with a computer from 2002 who’s never heard of watches made it. I really don’t care about apps that much and can deal with issues, but this is an atrocity. And the ‘help page’ doesn’t give any information except ‘do you have the right app for your watch?’ (Btw you can Google how to reconnect watch to new phone and it’s the first non-Samsung page for all the other people asking).

In de app moet ik bijna dagelijks het schuifje bij ‘weer’ aanzetten. Gebruik deze in combi met iPhone. Software is up-to-date. Instellingen locatievoorzieningen staan aan. In de app gaat het schuifje ‘weer’ spontaan iedere keer op ‘uit’.

App does not show the Galaxy fit 2 so it is nog possible te connect it with my iPhone 6s.
In other devices it does show the fit 2.

In the wearable selection there is no option for Galaxy fit 2. Only the gear fit 2 and gear fit 2 pro and galaxy fit.
On my 11 pro i can select 5 devices to find

Hi I cannot answer whatsapp notifications on my Samsung active 2 watch using my iPhone. While opening the app and then notifications I can't find whatsapp either. Is that fixable?

Werkt niet met iPhone ook niet met de juiste iOS installatie of een iPhone zoals beschreven staat .. heel jammer dit .

According to the app, this should be comparable to Samsung Galaxy Fit2, even with iPhone. But when I download the app, there are only 3 options for wearables in the app, and according to the app, Galaxy Fit2 should be included, but it’s not. So Gear is completely useless, as it will not install.

I really like the quality, especially for this price, it has everything I was looking for! Connecting was very easy but you have to make sure to connect the Fit2 with the app first instead of with your phone, otherwise it won’t connect. I’m very happy with all the features it has and the nice display! If you don’t want to pay so much money for an activity tracker I would really recommend this one!

It doesn’t matter what I try, app on iPhone 6 doesn’t detect Galaxy Fit watch

My iPhone 6s can’t connect to the sm-r370 Galaxy Fit with this app, even though the Samsung Health app can clearly see the device.
But then for some ridiculous reason the Health app needs this app..
It’s 2020 people. 2 apps to use a fit band, really? And one appcan see the band, the other can’t. Doh!

The Galaxy Fit 2 is a great device, but lacks widgets at the moment. Why is there a handwash widget but not a reminder widget to remind you to stand up when you are sitting too long? Also renew the weather widget where you can choose your location instead of one option: gps location only. Also pleas add a alarmclock widget. Now you can only set alarms in the app, why? This is a must have!
