Recently my subscription renewed and since that time my roster doesn’t sync anymore.
Message “server error”, sent support a message but never heard of them.
For 30 euros subscription I feel that there should be support for your customers.
How can I make it work again or get my money back?

MeerThe use of this app the last months is a disaster. Every day I need to log in again because the app is logging me out. Duty codes are not correct even though I report them every time. Since yesterday the app is completely useless because you cannot log in anymore. That’s for paying a lot every year. Don’t waste your money on this app.

MeerThe app does no longer work. It kept logging me out for no reason and now I can’t even get into my account anymore. Even tough I already changed my password it keeps saying “password incorrect” … no, it’s not, it was not incorrect to begin with and after changing it I’m even more sure it was correct.

MeerOften is slow, crashes, doesn’t work, takes hours to upload new rosters by trying over and over again, friends and family accounts for parents often crashes and say that they need premium to see my roster, next day it works again… If it works it’s good. Too expensive for what you get…

MeerThis app looks nice but is an actual nightmare. Changes in your dutyplan are not synced with the agenda, not even after ‘get latest roster’ or syncing the account.

MeerEvery time you open the app it starts syncing, let me please choose when to sync and when not to. It takes ages for it even to sync to a roster it already had. When it’s syncing, you can’t do anything. So a “quick” roster check always gets you frustrated. And most of the times the sync fails, making it even more frustrating.
If you are lucky, you can get your new company roster in 1 or 2 tries, but more often than not it takes 6-7 tries. It keeps failing to download the roster. Got another roster today, but been trying all day to get it to load into RosterBuster, but no chance.1door Jek*****07/02/2025Apple Watch events not visible anymore

As a long time user of RB I used to be happy with the app. Over the years it became less helpful and updates result not always in a better experience. Since a few days the events are not able to be displayed on my Apple Watch anymore. It states that the data has a wrong format (in Dutch but the rest of the app is not translated into Dutch). MeerThe app is only useful for people working in companies that don’t have their own system/app.

MeerDeze app draaide eerst heel fijn en daarom ben ik al jaren betalend gebruiker maar helaas heeft de app steeds meer problemen. Synchronisatie met mijn Apple Watch Ultra werkt vaker niet dan wel en als ik de app op de telefoon open dan moet ik eerst uitloggen en gelijk weer inloggen voor ik de app kan gebruiken omdat ik dan weer eens ‘Unauthorized’ ben. Voor een gratis app al niet goed in deze staat maar voor een abonnement echt not done, geen abonnement waard

MeerIt’s incredibly annoying and time consuming to acknowledge all changes if there are more than 3 or 4. It just takes way too long to accept a single change. So please make the option to just accept them all. I now even had to acknowledge changes from 3 months in the past…

MeerThe app itself does sync even tough it does force you to login again quite frequently thereby rendering your offline roster inaccessible. Without accepting a notification you can’t see your roster either. The original format of your roster is nowhere to be found despite it containing more info that displayed in RosterBuster.
The overview is not intuitive and days are missing, e.g. coming back from nightlight on Tuesday and roster only shows Monday (departure) and Wednesday as OFF. You have to double check what your schedule looks like.
The useful features are all premium and therefore this app is a lousy 3/5 and that’s me being positive. All in all quite a lot of room for improvement.3door W04**29/02/2024Lovely app
MeerI like the app. Very convenient. Only two very annoying bugs: 1. The app constantly logs out. I have to log in again everytime. 2. Apple Watch synchronization is a little bit buggy.

MeerOften this app works fantastic, but every now and then the Rosterbuster ID gurus feel the need to touch things they shouldn’t touch and then it becomes messy.
For example. Now my entire roster shows as weekend days. Well I wish it was true, but sadly no.
For an app I trust for something as important as my roster (which could really harm my career of it were unreliable, there are way too many times when things go haywire. So I still use the app to share my roster with my partner, but it cannot be relied on for real.
