RNI Films: Photo & RAW Editor

The app is very well designed and I almost bought pro. However there is one major flaw. The app proudly mentions its support for raw files but whenever I import my Fujifilm X-Trans 5 files it gives me a blank screen. If they fix this I’m sure to buy pro however until that time I’ll stick to alternatives.

Really well designed app, amazing filters and intuitive interface. The only thing I would love to see changed is the datestamp, I’m a big fan of them but would love to the the option to hide the app name and maybe change font / placement of the datestamp.

Easy to use and really great preset film filters.
I am still using slide film and I love those presets RNI give me. Makes the gap between Leica with Fuji and iPhone a little less wide ;)

I don’t get the app to work anymore! It gives no option to log in. What a shame. I reallynliked it before!

What once seemed like a solid editing app is now subscription based and also requires you to signup to gain acces to the features. Shame to the developers. At least keep the previous features available for everybody!

I have deleted it as am not using it anymore. One of the problems is the date what about personal data and the account etc Not the original not worth. Thanks for the reply anyway

I was considering buying some film packs, they are great but now the app starts asking for personal data. Just no. I don’t have a problem with paying but I hate those subscription based apps. I guess this is goodbye.

I really was a huge fan but after this update I am not anymore. What a shame it is that you put your brand mark on the pictures now. I am sure peoples won’t use it as much anymore, why because no one wanna expose there filters. I was telling peoples to download it anyway but now with the new update.. Can’t use it anymore. Please change it

Yet another app you cannot own anymore. They switched to a subscription based model. Old purchases are there but once they release new content it will become irrelevant. Won’t use the app anymore because I detest this policy. Think from a customer perspective - can you imagine the bills I’d be paying to own even a few popular subscription based apps?

Love all the filters from the old cameras and it does a real good job of emulating those. The app is easy to use and can get amazing results in only a few minutes and all of that without a subscription so big thumbs up.

I’m using it on iPhone 11 Pro and export crashes on files about 4000x3000 px. On iPad 10.5 export completes but the results are corrupted.

Great app, but since the new update I can’t upload photos from my film roll......

Tons of options in the free version. No watermarks, annoying adds or limitations. Very easy to use. Even more filters and functionality in the pro version but you don’t miss those.

Truly loving this app. Simple and still a lot of different outcomes you can create.

This app is really awesome. The analogue filters are the best I've seen. The app is very intuitive and easy to work with. The only thing left on my wishlist regarding this app is landscape orientation.
More than worth the investment (in app purchases).

Great app, very nice and subtle filters. Definitely worth a try. Awesome free filters are available in the unpaid version, more can be unlocked when you pay.
Two requests to the devs:
- please allow replacing the original photo on cameraroll with the edited version as an option when exporting.
- I often find myself trying various filters, go back and forth between them. It would be nice to be able to collect the filters I like best in some temporary “favourites” list or something, to minimise scrolling around when comparing the effects.

Love this app! Don’t even need to buy other filters the free ones are good enough!
