Delivery expense
So normally above 60 euro there was Free delivery. But now they stopped doing that? Why? Because I am really sad about it. Riverisland is my shop, but now i am thinking twice to buy something. Sad!
App werkt slecht
Altijd als ik de app gebruikt, gaat mijn raakt mijn batterij snel leeg. Mijn telefoon wordt dan super heet alsof ik mijn telefoon voor 8 uur achter elkaar gebruikt. Dus de app is he slecht voor mijn telefoon en daardoor gebruik ik de app niet meer.
It’s good
The layout is very well done. Very clear and ordered in a logical way. But the app can be slow sometimes and could be more accesible for EU shoppers. (Instore delivery/pickup points?) also perhaps you could add some extra payment methods such as iDeal or AfterPay
