Reolink

Na de update kan ik niet meer een camera sharen en verbreekt de verbinding met cameras en voecht verwijderde cameras weer toe maar werken vervolgens niet.
Hoop dat jullie dit snel fixen

Since the last update 4.58.2 I can no longer connect with this camera. Please fix!

When 1 gigabyte app size? Please make size bigger since we have unlimited storage space…

Full screen werkt niet meer en de app doet raar op iPad. Op de iPhone werkt hij goed.

De app start heel erg traag op na de update! Als ik hem uit zet en start hem dan weer opnieuw op dan pakt hij hem wel! Lijkt mij niet goed.

Prima app, bugs worden verholpen en nieuwe functies/verbeteringen toegevoegd. Terugkijken gaat wat langzaam soms.

Great app! No problems. If you have a problem with notifications or black screen sellar or wifi delete the app and install again and everything works normal.

I don’t receive push notifications on iPhone any more. Also TEST does not work.

The calender has for looking back march 29 days en no 31 days......also same problem november...

Since the update, the app only works with 4G/5G. when my phone is connected to wifi it cannot connect to the camera. It also does not want to load the saved images.

Would it be possible to look at the iPad orientation when starting the app and start in the orientation that is active? I use the iPad mostly in landscape mode, but nevertheless, the Reolink software always starts in portait mode.
For the rest, the app is working good!

The camera’s on the home network cannot be shown via the home network anymore, but only via 4G/5G. The previous versiin worked well.

De microfoon van de deurbel is bijzonder slecht. Bij live kijken hoor je enkel een sterke ruis. Twee-weg spraak, de bezoeker aan de deur is totaal onverstaanbaar! Erg jammer.
iPhone 16 pro met iOS 18.2

Not comparable with iPhone 16. Tried all suggested solutions, just doesn’t work. Also the camera makes a terrible loud sound while you are installing

Security point changed by itself for couple of times is this a bug. And when you set a few different set up points where the camera should go, these are changing to so i have to set up the Security point again. This happens frequently even a few days after a calibration.
The issue above is solved by setting the speed at 1
Update again but the trackmix always to late at close up this problem has to be solved it has passed over a year now. It is a great camera but also expensive but it has to work as it should be

With the new firmware update, the quick replies are gone in the app. App needs an update.

Als je in de app naar een bepaald stukje video terugzoekt, loopt hij vast (blijft laden, maar er gebeurd niets). Dan moet je de app opnieuw starten en hopen dat het dan wel lukt. Mijn netwerk is snel genoeg. Via de pc gaat het wel goed. Dus het ligt echt aan de app.

Reolink camera’s are awesome. The app is good, but could be better. For instance:
* Geofencing would be nice. I would only like to get notifications when I’m away from home.
* Portrait mode on the iPad? Come on guys, it’s 2024… give the iPad app some love. (and make it landscape)
* Deleting of individual recordings on the SD card is not possible. You can only format the entire card.
* I made a typo in my email address when registering for Cloud. Now it’s stuck in waiting for verification… there should be an option to change your email address.
* When going through recorded events, it starts at the start of the day. I would prefer for it to start at the end and show the latest event.
