Radio - Receiver

Ik zou 5 sterren geven als alles wat sneller zou werken. Nu is het opstarten van de App heel traag en vervolgens een zender kiezen, dan sta je weer 20 seconden te wachten voor je geluid hoort.
Eenmaal aan het luisteren, daarentegen kun je urenlang naar uitstekende muziek in prima kwaliteit luisteren. Jammer voor die trage start, maar blijft toch mijn goto app als het om ip radio gaat.

Very satisfied with the app, except that it is impossible to use on Android when the screen is in landscape mode. Only a clock is visible in the app, and the rest of the app is unusable. I would like to know if you can fix this. :)

But now it immediately shuts down when selecting a favorite station on apple CarPlay.

Even works with CarPlay! I only miss the ability to divide your Favourites into different categories/genres, like you can do in the Airable radio portal. Also it would be nice if you can import your Airable favourites into this app.
Last suggestion: other radio apps display the title of the song that’s playing, below that the name of the artist and on the third line in a smaller font the name of the radio station. I like it that way. The receiver app however displays the name of the radio station in bold text, and below that the track title and artist on a single line. That is less good. When I listen to a channel, I know the station I’m listening to, so that is the least important information for me. Can this be changed in an update?

Just add radio stations to your favorites. No subscription nonsense. Yesterday, no radio stations could be found. I sent a message to the maker and within 15 minutes I got a reply. The radio database provider was down and was contacted. Great app and great service.

The app on Apple Watch doesn’t work well. I specifically bought it for the ability to use it without my phone nearby, but it still doesn’t function properly even with an internet connection. It’s also not very visually appealing. Really disappointing!

Top app for a one-time (modest) payment, no subscription! Everything you’re looking for in a radio app. Five stars for me!

Great app, I really love it!
Unfortunately there is a compatibility issue with Private Relay which may cause the app to switch stations.
This has been brought to the attention of support, but there is no fix yet.

I love receiver and have a years long user.
Having bought a new car, I use Apple CarPlay now. However, there is one thing that is annoying in combination with CarPlay.
While driving, once in a while it will change to another station suddenly. Happens multiple times during an hour drive. Very annoying.
As far as I know I have mobile internet during the whole trip, so why is this happening? Anyone else have this problem?
If this is not resolved I might have to look for a good radio app elsewhere and I don’t want to do that.
Besides this, I love the app!

Super app. Exactly what I was looking for. Sync via iCloud to other devices. Is definitely worth the money.

Ook mijn zelf ontwikkelde internet radiOStation (KM71) is te vinden op receiver. Een prima app met veel keus.

Only thing missing is support for Siri. That would enable me to use it without having to switch on the monitor. (Using the appletv version)

I think overall it’s a great app for my iPhone and also for my  TV. There are only two issues for me. The app on the iPhone is really battery consuming (25% in less then half an hour). The second one is that, even with a 5 second buffer, the stream is repeating itself.

Great aap. Works fine.
What is lacking is reflecting the bittate of radiOStations.
Could that been added?

Nice app, good selection of music stations.
When are you going to add Airplay or Bluetooth connections to external speakers?

Great radio streaming app with thousands of radio stations.

A very good app! After all the problems with my IP radio (Vtuner Vs Frontier) I decided to install this app. Works well-arranged and fast, and there is access to many thousands of radio stations! I am happy with this purchase!
