Radio Paradise

Oh yes! Carplay is back! And a developer that listens and acts upon feedback, awesome. Suggestion: in carplay is it possible to add a button to return to the main program after having skipped a song?

I’ve been listening to RP a long time, but with this redesign a lot of functions I can’t find anymore. Mainly: where have the ratings gone to? Furthermore, I can’t connect to My Paradise anymore, and the main stream keeps repeating over and over again.
Please put everything back as it was!

Am a long term fan of RP. Despite the different, glitzy look, the new app is not an improvement on the previous version in my view. On the contrary. Version 9.0.0 misses much of the interesting user interface of the previous version. The “Community” pages are gone as are listener comments to and ratings of the songs played. Play history is limited. Where did the music search option and overview of my ratings go? The background info (“About”) on RP has also disappeared.

Thank you team RP! Thank you for being awesome, for playing everyone great music every single day, and now, for the great redesign of the app!

…But! Could reading the comments offline be brought back? I enjoy it especially during flights.

Have been a fan of Radio Paradise for years. RP is a purely listener supported station with an interesting, eclectic mix of music. No ads, just William’s smooth voice every now and then with a fun fact of the song you just heard or are about to hear. The app has some great features, such as the option to skip to the next song on the (rare) occasion that the DJ’s choice doesn’t suit your mood. You can also download playlists on your phone to keep you humming along on those long drives. The station has an active support base around the globe, with the community contributing interesting comments in the app to the music played. Well worth your time!

Every time I tune in in this amazing radio, I remember the days back in the early 00, when we would check the interactive map and see the few fellow listeners in Europe.
Happy that these few listeners have grown to thousands, and hopefully will keep growing for many more years:)

I have been enjoying this higher resolution radio station, good eclectic mix of music and genres, I play it at cd quality and it sounds great. There are no adverts at all!

Just one wish left: chromecast audio compatible. Would be fantastic.

... but when I do it’s because I want the world to know that Radio Paradise simply is the best radio station on earth. Bill and Rebecca know their stuff.
There is a next song button if the current one is not your taste. Never pressed it.

I have got a present for my 84th birthday,a Sony HW1000 X4 headphone,looked for a Hi-Res Radio Station.

Top kwaliteit en top mix muziek/genre. Geen slap geklets tussendoor van een DJ die veel woorden gebruikt, maar niets zegt.

I downloaded this new version and lost my cache. I sail at sea, and don’t have fast internet to get them back.
*Also when I skip a song in cache the wrong information shows, usually a song behind.* < NO longer an issue. Fantastic music and app.

I love listening to RP. But the latest installments of the app are disappointing: the app is slow, unresponsive and with the latest update also crashes when adding a block to the cache when planning to enjoy RP on the go. Please please make the app respond faster for example when skipping a song, look into the cache crashes as I depend heavily on RP whilst traveling!

I noticed that since a while skipping a track when playing from the cache doesn’t work well. It skips not to the beginning of the next track anymore but often 15-30secs before the end of the current track. It used to work well.

Ik luister al jaren naar Radio Paradise thuis op mijn set. Geweldige muziek zorgvuldig uitgekozen en met een zeer goede geluidskwaliteit. En dit alles zonder reclame.
Nu ook de app maar eens geïnstalleerd zodat ik op het werk ook kan genieten.

Just the right kind of atmosphere to relax at the end of a day of hard work, especially when one needs to relax Radio Paradise just touches the right kind of thing to make me feel asleep and all relaxed...
Great app and the slides are just adding a layer of beauty and intriguing views to the music...
After a day of heavy labor, hard rock and heavy metal just the right app to let go of the tension...
picked up some nice songs to to add to my favorite music playlist...
Can put you in a more forgiving mood if in a fight with significant other too...
Ideal for after hours and late night stargazing or at the end of burning a small fire in the garden or fireplace when things are just barely glowing...
For a thinking mood when thoughts are way to deep for my simple mind, when you can barely comprehend what you are thinking, this is just the soundtrack that should accompany your thoughts...
When all seems lost there is always Radio Paradise...
