PRTG - Monitoring

This is absolute rubbish. Interface to clumsy, missing a good overview, no history, no settings, widget does not work, etc. I expected more from this, good thing it’s just a trail license…

The tool is awesome. But id like to see the SSO function in the app to! When will this be available?

- On an iPhone 14 Pro the app doesnt look so good. The resolution of the graphics is to low.
-On the list of Alarms it would be nice to have the option to sort them on date or location.
We are monitoring 17 datacenter with over 18k sensors. So we have hundreds of sensors that are down and this way it’s hard to get an overview of them.

When scrolling through a network's device list, the screen freezes. This has been fixed quickly in the current update after filing a bug report.Great job, Paessler!

App in general is good, however the latest version just keeps hanging when i scroll down through the devices.
Also, we are able to filter by status within the alarms. So i can filter out just to show me the critical for example, however i cant seem to be able to sort by the latest critical. It just shows me all. That would be a nice addon. I can do this within the web interface.

With yesterdays update the app is constantly hanging upon first scroll. It is not usable anymore this way. Please fix asap by pushing a new release! Thanks

Awesome tool. Running the free version on a virtual windows machine on my nas. Very complete monitoring tool, the app gives quick and full insight in what’s up and down… Being free to 100 sensors… what’s not to like!

I use the app daily to check our company's monitoring. It’s fast and reliable.

App needs to be restarted due stalling of the screen, notifications not working properly, also app cannot function in darkmode of iOS.

Since the last update the app is stable again. Is was dead for a month.. while I used it every day.. the Mac (laptop) version was stable so that worked for me the last month.
For monitoring and quick scan off LAN and WAN issues this is the best app.
Use it minimum 6 times a day. Glad it is back :)

Maar dat stond niet duidelijk op hun site of elders aangegeven. Daarom 1 ster: het werkt niet.

Guys & Gals , just stop wasting time .. Thus money with nagiOS and the other opensource thing .. They had 10+ years to develop and it still is standing still...

We are using this tool for a little more than a month now. Implementation took only a couple of days simple quick and to the point.
Very realistic price / performance ratio and flexible license model (per sensor) Very detailed monitoring and logging capabilities.
Try before you buy and you'll probably choose PRTG.

Allmost as good as the webclient. Easy and quick check of your environment and clear views of current issues. You can pause a sensor, it gives push notifications and a lot more.
For us a perfect addition to the server.

Overall ok, devices not sorted and missing favorites, for me the old version worked better on my iPhone

A very nice and good app for our PRTG installations. How to hide the navigation menu in the new update? This menu is not needed when using the iPad as a monitoring unit on your desktop and only takes room of the map screen. Great to have checks and notifications while in background!
