What free its not free so don’t say its free wen its not a free trial after that pay so not free!

Ik klikte op een “3 days free trial” in de app en stopte dit abonnement direct om te voorkomen dat na 3 dagen een betaald abonnement startte. Toch wordt er 8,99 afgeschreven, omdat ik blijkbaar niet in aanmerking kom voor de “3 days free trial” die mij aangeboden werd. Nu heb ik dus een week een betaald premium abonnement en vind 8,99 echt veel te duur voor wat je krijgt (los van het feit dat ik dit abonnement niet eens wilde)

They wil make you pay lots of money (much much more as in the app is subscribed. They will get the money automatically. They are not responding to customercare. The are not responding through telephone.

I gave a review. I explained what happened to me and how I felt scammed.
They asked me to contact them by mail.
So I mailed…….
Of course they went silent

You don’t inform properly about the exact ending of the trial period. Therefore I was stuck to a subscription of € 8,99 for a week.
You advertise with € 7,99 but you charge € 8,99, another strange thing.
And on top of that, when I try to use the services that I paid for, they are not available…..they come available only after renewing of my contract.
To me this feels like an extension scam.
Horrible way to finesse people out of their money.

I had a 3 day trial, when I cancled this I got a special offer €22 for lifetime use. I accepted but they charched €8 for a weekly subscription. This is very misleading information. Be aware!

I had a free trial and chose to have a weekly subscription after that. However I found myself having a monthly subscription afterwards. The product is different than the marketing promises. When I cancelled, to make sure I would not get billed next month, i had no access to to the premium featured anymore. So now I paid 39,95 for nothing. And customer service does not respond. Super bad.

extremely aggressive business plan, free version is absolutely unusable.
Poor AI features.
9 euros per week is super crazy.

On October 27 PlantIn customer service made me an offer, which I agreed upon on October 29. However I haven’t got any response since. They’re just ghosting me. I’ve sent more than 5 reminders over the course of these 6 weeks. No response. Really strange way of work IMO.

I have bought the premium for this app and now i get daily ‘spin the wheel to win prizes’ push messages without being able to turn it off. Wow.

Je kunt maar max aantal (3) uploaden. Bij zieke planten krijg je geen advies mits je weer verhoogd in abonnement. Al met al erg misleidend en heb je er weinig aan

After buying subscriptions, other part needs to pay more and also it doesn’t look like to the advs!
For care based on pic, it is asked some stupid question and based on them answer something wrong!
I wanted it help my plants base on picture like adv!

Ik wilde de app eenmalig proberen maar, ik kan er niet meer vanaf komen! Wekelijks wordt er 9 eur afheschreven.

App asks you to register and then immediately asks you to buy a subscription. App should inform you upfront that you need to buy a recurring subscription to use the app and not after having me spend time registering.

This is a really good app to look up a certain species of plant and know how to treat them!

It signed up for the free trial yet I was charged on my credit card immediately. I contacted them 3 times but I only received a ticket number and no response or refund to date. Of course I cancelled my subscription straight away but I am still waiting for anyone to get back to me for the money that was taken. My advise? Don’t even sign up for the free trial as you will be charged for it regardless.

I have been using this app for a month now it is really easy to use it and gives very much every information you need. I literally have saved plants I thought were dead. It’s a life changer if your really into gardening and don’t know much. It is really pricey tho, even though I would like to use it, I think it’s to much.

It’s simply fun to identify them, but then diagnosing and building a care plan makes you feel like a better plant mother already.
