The timings in the app are ridiculous. Suggesting lunch at 11:00, dinner at 16:00, etc. As for the other suggestions (studying, creativity, exercise, etc), it seems aimed at students or people who don’t work regular hours. It’s great that you’re suggesting 15:30 is the optimal time to exercise, but my boss would frown upon me calling it a day then.

Just a gimmick and totally worthless. Routines don’t match real life at all. No way to customize. Just a big scam!

Dit is een goeie makkelijk te gebruiken app, je kunt het nog steeds heel goed gebruiken zonder te betalen. Het is heel makkelijk te gebruiken, heeft goeie inzichten en heeft voor mijn gevoel me geholpen met mijn slaapritme tot nu toe!

Wonderful app with great UI, and especially the Apple Watch compilation is worth a mention. Also very quick response from the dev when you need help or report a problem.

Maak je energie en slaap inzichtelijk met deze app, de makers hebben duidelijk een no-nonsense werkwijze. De info wordt heel mooi en to the point gepresenteerd en automatisch voor je up-to-date gehouden o.a. met slaap gegevens van je Apple Watch.
