Parc Astérix

Pretty good app to navigate through the park and look for shows. Language selection could be better, the default is French and you have to search where to change it. Also the setting is not fully retained, after some time some texts revert back to French. Also, it would be nice to know if a show is fully in French or offer a translation option.

The app doesn’t function at all, keeps loading and loading. Language keeps changing, can’t see any of my tickets/ stay/ filomatix. Really terrible app!

To use the Filotomatix you really need to have the app. If you have figured out how it works, it is easy to use. Also how to navigate through the park.

Other Language selection doesn’t hold, filomatrix is very far from intuitive, apple login is ‘hidden ‘

This apps sucks, English is selectable but only working for 5% of all text. French only and a lot of non info. Hard to navigate, will delete asap

Na het downloaden is de app niet te gebruiken. De app blijft hangen in het beginscherm en je komt geen stap verder…..

I am going to latch Asterix tomorrow me and my dad have been trying to start it up and let it work for 2 hours ik just doesn’t work because we are stuck in the loading screen and nothing works it’s strange because 2 years ago I was here too and the same app worked and we used it I don’t remember updating it so please fix your app parc Asterix

When in the settings the language is in English, the app crashes. You need to manually set it to French. Only then it starts.

Took me a long time to find out how to get the app in English. After finally being able to login, it logs out every time you go to another page.
Login saves are a must for an app like this!
Dinner and breakfast reservations are unclear that it’s confirmed. My reservations stay ‘empty’ when we have booked hotel, meals and tickets.

Absolutely horrible design on iOS. The language selection is hidden away in a very strange list. You are unable to log in because the page is static. However made this app should really do a better job at reviewing the bugs because it is trash.

Please translate to english. Or even better to Dutch.
