Notion: notities, taken, AI

Notion is such a gem, I started working with it 2 years ago and it completely changed the way I function; in work and normal life. No more endless files, post-its, lists etc. Everything in one place. It is like an extension of my brain - absolutely love it.

The MCP server is a little frustrating to work with because it keeps rejecting Claude in auto mode, but otherwise it’s a great way to organize your life

Maarrr… de mobiele app kan nog beter. Het is wel echt meer een desktop app om dingen goed te organiseren.

Briljante app: ideaal voor het opslaan en weer opzoeken van grote hoeveelheden gegevens op een gestructureerde en overzichtelijke manier.

Heel blij met de app en gebruik m dagelijks!
Echter sinds een paar dagen kan ik de volgende dingen niet meer (op iPhone):
- Pagina’s uitklappen zodat ik subpagina’s kan inzien
- Subpagina direct aanmaken op de plek waar ik wil. Kan enkel op de beginpagina en moet ik daarna handmatig verplaatsen

Tengo una empresa, pero también tengo espectro de autismo, y Notion me a cambiado la vida, porque no solo me ayuda a trabajar con mi equipo, sino que ahora me ayuda a ordenar mi vida semanalmente con listas ordenadas que me permiten no salirme de la zona de tranquilidad.

Ik kan niet zonder, alles houd ik bij via Notion. De app wordt steeds beter op de iPhone. Maar het is meer een desktop app

Recently became so glitched and completely unusable. I loved it before. I don’t even understand how to use it now.

I love Notion, in every possible way you can love Notion. Convenient, easy, smart, compatible with literally almost any tool in existence. Makes life easier and just simply better than anything else ever made. thanks notion crew for making notion

Why do I need to update this app twice a week? That many bugs? Sometimes I can’t access data on Notion when using the app, sometimes force closing the app and reopening it, does solve it. Otherwise I need to start using the website again.

Ik gebruik notion nu al jaren en in die jaren is het alleen maar beter geworden. Ik gebruik het als second brain en alle koppelingen met derden zorgt ervoor dat notion steeds meer van mij weet en uiteindelijk mij ook helpt om mijn leven op orde te krijgen. Love it!

But I have an M4 iPad yet I still cannot open multiple tabs. Is this something on the roadmap or is it a limitation by Apple?

Not being able to update the workspace name on mobile is just ridiculous! Such a basic feature, yet it’s missing…

Editing on my iPad is not doable anymore. When I try to edit a block, the block and its editing controls jump to the top of my screen and cannot be used… Please test and fix.

En je kan niks vast zetten dat je het moeilijk kan aan passen waardoor je het makkelijk aam kan pakken als je bijv. Een taak aan wil vinken ✅

I have been a user of Notion for years, on Windows it is perfect. But the mobile version is sooo bugged!
When you have a long document, you can scroll for a bit downward and then it reloads and puts you on the top of the document, so they are impossible to read.
The search in documents is also bugged, when you type a word, the preface shows the place but then you press on jt and it just takes you to the top of the document, instead of the place of word.
You also can’t use the navigation menu in the documents, which makes it impossible to read anything with the bug I explained above.
You guys constantly update the pc version but the mobile version has been lacking for years.
Please do better.

Widgets do not work, editing pages feels clunky and bugs out all the time forcing me to reopen the app.

Notion is a fantastic “brain organizer” app. It can go as deep as you want it to go, and it’s a great tool for managing projects, life ect.
However, the iOS app is very wonky. I’ve experienced frequent crashes, blank screens on app boot up. Sometimes the keyboard stays open with no way to close it. Or it’s missing the notion keyboard top bar for function such as indenting, bolding ect.
If the devs fix this, it’s hands down a 5 out of 5 experience, especially when you consider this is a free app.
And for the record, Ive experienced none of these issues on my previous Android device, which was objectively a lower class device with much worse hardware. This is a software problem and I don’t think it’s attributed to my device.
