My experience with Muzz has been very disappointing and far from what I expected from an app that presents itself as an Islamic matchmaking platform.
The app feels highly commercial, with many features strongly pushing users towards paid options. When contacting customer support, I got the impression that the main focus was on payments rather than genuinely helping users.
The most frustrating part was that after making a payment, my account was blocked, leaving me unable to use the service I had paid for and without a proper refund process.
A platform that specifically targets Muslims should place honesty, transparency and respectful customer service at the centre of its values. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. I would strongly encourage Muzz to improve its customer support, payment transparency and treatment of paying users.

This application is a big scam. You pay for muzmatch gold but you get 50 likes and then its over. And they take also my money for extra likes. Where I was not asking for

I understand the need to prevent duplicate accounts, but the current system seems too strict. Simply reinstalling the app or trying different standard login methods can result in an unfair block. A clearer recovery process and proper manual review would make the app much more user-friendly.

Mocht je iemand per ongeluk wegklikken omdat je de app nog aan het verkennen bent dan kan je niet opnieuw matchen zonder te betalen. In dat geval kun je wel een ‘instant chat’ sturen maar dat kan maar 2 keer, daarna ook betaald. Ook als je unmatched krijg je helaas geen tweede kans tenzij je betaald. Erg jammer.

Stop misleading customers by advertising Gold subscriptions as including unlimited likes while failing to provide this feature, this constitutes false advertising and deceptive business practices.
If you do not immediately restore the unlimited likes and activate all the features included in the Gold subscription as advertised, I will pursue all available legal remedies, including filing a formal complaint with the relevant consumer protection authorities and taking legal action for deceptive and misleading business practices.

Many female profiles have their photos blurred, so you’re expected to decide whether to match based on very limited information and then ask for photos later. On top of that, a large number of profiles contain little to no written information about the person. This makes it difficult to assess compatibility or have a meaningful reason to start a conversation. The app would benefit from encouraging users to complete their profiles and provide more visibility into who they’re matching with.

Als je een keer met een ander e-mail inlogt omdat je de oude niet meer gebruikt wordt je voorgoed geblokkeerd en pakken ze je geld gewoon ook al heb je al betaald voor de app. Er is niks halal aan deze app iedereen die er op zit is of getrouwd of opzoek naar alles behalve halal zaken

Ik heb een Gold abonnement aangeschaft, welke voorheen ervoor zorgde dat je je inkomende likes zag en onbeperkt kon liken. Beide opties werken niet! Slechte app, heb voor niks betaald. Ik ga de betaling annuleren en een klacht schrijven

Just like any app out there, kafirs run this, dont match you with your likes, and ask you to buy premium after liking 10 people or so. Developers should ask their whoare mothers for money’ not the people

Je kunt je verkeur aangeven kwa leeftijd / religie etc. Maar mensen die je krijgt te zien zijn helemaal anders.. bijv 20 jaar jongere mensen.. Kan gewoon niet.. En zo nog meer dingen wat verbeterd kunnen worden..

Got permanent banned cause someone gained access to my account. Tried to email them and explain just to get the same automated answer every time or no reply to an appeal. Was a good app up until they think they don’t need you anymore.

De account is niet meer te vertrouwen want het is bij mij geblokkeerd en hij doet het helemaal bij mij niet meer

So why did your remove the option to either blur or unblur your OWN photos. Now all my pictures are blurry and can’t make them visible for anyone. What’s the point of having profile pictures if no one can see them?

Na een account te hebben gemaakt en betaald te hebben voor gold word zomaar mijn account geblokkeerd voor bepaalde tijd?!

Mijn account is gedeactiveerd nadat ik een Gold abonnement heb gekocht. Gelukkig heb ik met creditcard betaalt en dien ik een chargeback in. Formeel ga ik ook een klacht indienen bij de ACM. Een schande!

This app is highly disappointing. It constantly freezes and lags, and whenever I switch between tabs, it crashes unexpectedly. Notifications are also delayed, and there’s no support available to help with these issues
