MoviePro - Pro Video Camera

I have a question. Does it record in stereo? The sound of the build in cam app om iPhone se sounds different. A lot of features.

But meanwhile it crashes frequently and is therefore unreliable. Hopefully a update will soon fix this problem.

Fine app. The editing part supports export to 25p(!). Other apps always convert footage to 30p (iMovie, Splice, Adobe Clip etc)
Selecting footage for editing is a hell of a job. Please provide a ‘multiple file selection’ tool.

The main reason for me to use this app is to record in high bitrate settings at 4k60fps. Sadly this is quite unstable as the settings keep switching back to HD

This app is the absolute must have for serious videographers, in special those using iPhone 6s(plus) and 7 (plus). It has all the things that matter like white balance-,exposure-, and focus lock. A decent pause function (which Filmic pro lacks!) decent zoom function, bitrate quality settings up to 400%, which does actually add more quality indeed at least for 200/225 setting, maybe even more and not just noise. For instance 1080p in 200% looks already 4K like.Choice of which mic you use (back, top or bottom) A ton of aspect ratio settings, very nice anamorphics, again these are vital for serious videography. And on top of this does Moviepro make the best use of the iPhone's video stabilization. It uses the OIS (with added software algorithems I suspect at least in 1080p) and it stabilizes video much smoother, (with that filmic feeling) than FilmicPro, Procamera, Procam,Mavis and others. I have ALL the apps , tested them thoroughly , on iPhone 6s plus (and before that even 6 plus) and this one is the best!
This wasn't always so, but in the last year or so MoviePro has surpassed Filmic Pro by miles and it's videoquality is simple the best around now....

Hi, this is a great app. I would love to give it a 5 stars rating, but I noticed that a higher iso isn't there anymore. I know it will have more noise, but it is great to be able to set the iso higher, especially when making pictures at night. Please add it back. Then it is for sure a 5 star app.

After this update the zoom does not work anymore when recording in 4K on the iPhone 6S Plus!
So now you will need ProCam or FiLMiC if you want to shoot in 4K , unless you're shure you don't use the zoom!

Goede app maar niet geoptimaliseerd voor iPhone 7.
OIS werkt niet, dus geen vloeiende video's.
Jammer, dus maar een andere app gekocht die wel perfect met de iPhone 7 werkt ( movie pro)!

Geweldige app,
Als je graag met je mobiel filmt is dit een aanrader!
Veel meer mogelijkheden dan met de standaard app!

Werkt prima, alleen jammer dat ik na een tijdje een error krijg, als ik wil bewerken

I am glad with 3K on my iPhone. Is there already someone filming with the new iPod touch? I hope there will be 3K support. (Space on my iPhone is limited )

And very helpful for people who want to make videos with lower resolution to minimize disk usage

This is a really good video app. Many options for editing. Far best video app in the App Store

Best video recording app in the app store, but when you switch cameras while filming, the front facing camera films upside down. Which kind of makes this function unusable. (Edit, not only when using this function, but in general, the front facing camera films upside down)
All in all, this app is a must have.

For the serious videographer this App has extensive features without becoming cluttered. Unlike other "pro" Apps Moviepro is very stable. If you are serious about mobile video recording this App should be on your device.

Another great feature is the ability to select the microphone for sound input because I can't use the back one as it's near an air vent but by selecting the front one I can record the sound without all the noises from the air vents. Finally, it's also able to record sound while you're listening to music from the same device you're recording with. I've tried multiple other recorders (including Apple's) and they disrupt the music, stop it or even crash completely.

It's fast, stable and doesn't interfere with other programs you are running in the background such as a podcast you are listening to. It also offers good control over what you are recording (fps, zoom, audio, ae lock, interval photography, etc.).
