Your youngest upgrade does not work. I cannot use my videopass anymore. The app keeps telling me I have to upgrade, but every time I tap to upgrade, nothing happens!

Geen mogelijkheid meer om highlights te zien en daar dus gericht naartoe te gaan om bijvoorbeeld bijzonderheden in een training te zien. Dit was eerst wel het geval. App crasht vaak, geen pip mogelijkheid. Soms is het fijn om bij een training ook iets anders te kunnen doen op je tablet of telefoon. Geluid loopt vaak niet synchroon. Je moet tappen op het scherm anders blijf je heel irritant een donkere variant zien met een groot play teken.
Al met al een hoop geld voor steeds minder…

This is the worst tv app I have ever had… sound is often wrong, subtitles do not work. When you want to start a race which has already started there is No Option to start at the beginning. Eurosport had it wat better under Control.

Love watching the GP more than any other type of racing! Keep improving the app for the phone please. Still a few bugs in it now and than

135 euros a year is a lot of money for an app that shows one thing and every time there is an iPhone or app update it refuses to airplay to my Samsung TV. This issue is three years old. No more

The most annoying app ever. On the phone every 2-3 weeks the app just doesn’t recognize my password. I have to set up a new one again and again.

Op racedag blijft deze rot app crashen. Daarnaast is er geen mogelijkheid om de stream vanaf begin te starten als de race al is begonnen. Hierdoor zie je gegarandeerd spoilers als je net te laat bent ingeschakeld.

I’ve had this app for over 2 years now and I really dislike that I’m having so many issues, right now the app shuts down when I push the watch icon and even uninstalled and installed the app again without any effect I also notice that image quality stays high even with bad reception making it harder to watch in places with medium connection and it is not possible to just listen to the race and turn your screen off.
Having limited time and the app not working when I make time to watch makes me want to cancel my subscription.

This is a good app. For a 5 star rating i would see dark mode for this app. In 2025 every app need dark mode as a basic feature.

Since the no spoilure button is placed, you do not have to miss anything. Great quality in picture, great commentators and reliable feed! Keep it on!

Great app… but please add Picture in Picture…especially watching a training, I’d like to work on other stuff too.

They do the same now as netflix we share a account wi to my father,brother and me. We are using it for years and now only 1 person can use the app. For that money you play illegal streaming in there hands

Since the last update it keeps saying box call, update, even though my version is the latest one available

Navigating through the app is bad. Please make it user friendly to navigate to and watch the races.
And please add option to start race from beginning instead of jumping in the live race. Many races have been ruined because of this.

Since the iOS update i can’t watch live anymore. I only hear sound but the screen stays black. Using an iPhone 14

The sound and video of the app are lot of times not in sync. Most of the times the video only start with audio. You have to restart the video yourself. Video in app is only landscape available.. no download option available

Great app! Sometimes boring to not to read about GP and nothing about 2 and 1!
