Awful app
MeerInitially when I downloaded this app, it was *alright*. I got tired of being locked in the small amount of features in the free tier, so I bought pro and it was much better, and it did teach me of the fundamentals of webdev, but later on they added max, and closed the forum so that this scummy company can milk our wallets even more, wouldn't recommend. Use w3schools for fundamentals/basics and built your own X to learn more.

MeerI really like the concept of the Mimo app – it’s a cool and engaging way to learn coding, especially since you can do it quickly and easily on your phone. However, to really make the most of the app, you quickly find out that you need a Pro subscription. I went ahead and purchased that, only to discover in the second section of my course that I now need yet another license to run a desktop project.
This feels a bit misleading, especially since in the first section, running a “bot project” was still considered free. While the overall idea is great and the app is definitely well-designed, in the end, there are cheaper alternatives out there that are just as effective for learning to code.3door Mim******14/06/2025
