Microsoft 365 Copilot

Onbegrijpelijk dat een Wordbestandje by default in Copilot opent. Ingewikkelde workaround nodig om een docx gewoon in Word App te openen.

Was ooit een hele handige app die Office producten zoals Word, PowerPoint en OneNote combineerde in één app. Je kon dan een bestand bewerken in de Word app en tegelijkertijd een bestand bewerken in deze app. Voor multitasking dus een uitkomst. Nu is het niet meer dan veredelde bloatware. De functionaliteit van het bewerken van bestanden is verwijderd en vervangen voor een Microsoft-versie van ChatGPT die afbeeldingen kan creëren. Als je daar specifiek naar op zoek bent kun je beter de reguliere Microsoft CoPilot app downloaden. En dan te bedenken dat je een abonnement moet nemen om een app als deze in volledige functionaliteit te kunnen gebruiken. De tranen springen er van in je ogen!

This app seems to only forward Office-files to seperate Office- apps. Which are very limited in the first place. So no idea what this rather large app does and why it exists. Deleted it. Storage hog.

They completely changed the app around, why have two copilot assistant apps that do the same thing? Probably because they are behind shareholder adoption rate targets so now they can say x amount of people downloaded the copilot app…

We DONT want to use copilot, stop changing every single one of your products into Copilot.

For me personally I like to carry one phone. I like to easy switch between work and personal account on all the Microsoft apps so if you could focus on this it would make me happy.

Tot eergisteren was dit een prima app. Nu (update?) doet hij niets meer. Hij start niet eens meer op. Waardeloos!

Die ai zit alleen maar in de weg en ik kan de rest van de functies niet meer vinden, ik haat dat de ai in je gezicht geschoven wordt, laat me de oude app gebruiken!

Het was een handige app, met Word, PowerPoint en Excel ineen. Helaas is het nu gewoon CoPilot en ik kan niet eens meer zelf een nieuw bestand aanmaken. Terug naar 3 losse apps dus…

From a decent and useful M365-Office app to a copilot chat interface.
I do not want AI in between me as a user and my documents and projects. Why is the default document and communication dashboard (re)moved and instead a useless ‘LLM that presents itself as if a human’ chat is shown. That very THING should be on demand and as opt-in only! Useful? It can’t even find a just saved/created document by its filename, and 75% right is always 25% rubbish!
In the last update Microsoft improved the app even further by making basic search options unavailable and showing a ‘hint to move towards the OneDrive app for that question’ instead.
This is why many paying users are talking about the deteriorating Microsoft environment AND AN ABSOLUTE LACK OF USER CHOICES AND SETUP.

I switched from ChatGPT to Microsoft copilot a couple of days ago. I’m very satisfied with the support in Copilot. However, on my phone the app begins to glitch and hang when the conversation gets longer.

Used to be a powerful all-in-one office app. But now it’s just another AI chat app. Uninstalled.

From powerful all-in-one app capable of basically editing any of your Office files, it became useless trash. Now have to reinstall separated apps.. what a downfall..

I used to use this app for the ease of navigating between all of microsoft’s amenities in one singular application. however, the recent update completely removed all functionality from the app.
i can no longer browse through my custom files, where copilot now only shows me my most recently opened files. I can also no longer create any microsoft file type within the app either. the create tool now only serves for scanning images. i have to use the individual microsoft applications and onedrive to properly browse my files. the whole merit for copilot’s existence as a separate application has been made completely obsolete with how it has now been reduced to a less than optimal file browsing app with a useless AI chatbot.

Ook al zeg je in keurig Engels dat je verder wilt in het Nederlands. Deze Copilot blijft gewoon je gesproken invoer in fonetisch Engels interpreteren en dat geeft natuurlijk rotzooi

Met de nieuwste update is het helaas niet meer mogelijk om te kopiëren en plakken in Excel. Dit ervaar ik als zeer vervelend.
