MeisterTask - Task Management

An sich gut, jedoch synchronisiert die App leider nur sehr schlecht, manchmal gar nicht. Da hilft dann nur ab- und wieder anmelden. Schwer, damit zu arbeiten…

since the last update it is no longer possible to sort tasks by date. Before this work perfectly. I use MeisterTask for free. I don’t know if it still works for paying members.

Even though I’ve tried many other similar apps, this is always the app I come back to… i love it. I’d love to use the pro features, but the price is still too high for me. It’s unfortunate, been using this app for years.

Cool looking app, and very easy to use, which I love. I also love that simple project management is available for free.
But...
For full access there's only a subscription option, a business model that I don't like at all. I would happily pay a substantial premium if it were once-off, even 20-30 dollars/euros would be worth it for me.
But again, thanks for the free version nonetheless MeisterLabs :) Great app, even with the limit possibility I have now.

Ik gebruik deze app nu 2 maanden en deze helpt mij enorm om grip te houden op al mijn acties.

This app lets you arrange your projects into very simple steps and give you plenty of opportunity to add checklist items, comments etc.
I’ve missed these options in other apps and am glad to find them in TaskMeister!

Fijne app. Werkt goed op mobiel en desktop en doet gewoon wat ie moet doen. Aanrader!

Veel notitie apps geprobeerd maar deze heeft widgets, synct met al je devices en is easy / gebruiksvriendelijk. Klasse!

Easy to use. Kanban system is very flexible. Time tracking included. Widgets. What could be improved? Markdown is missing in the iOS apps. The iPhone app crashed a few times when I created a new project. Some widgets don’t work properly (tasks and focus).

After giving this a try I’ve received multiple mailings. Unsubscribing doesn’t work. There seems no way out of this aggressive campaign. I tried, it wasn’t for me, let me go and erase my contact info please!

Op zich een fijne app, overzichtelijk en makkelijk in gebruik. Erg handig dat je mailtjes als taak kan opslaan. Ik mis alleen de agenda integratie. Als privé persoon vind ik 9 EUR per maand echt belachelijk, weet ook niet waarom het tegenwoordig allemaal ab. Moeten zijn. Ik betaal liever een bedrag eenmalig. Dus ja, 5 sterren als ik die agenda integratie kon gebruiken. De andere functies is inderdaad meer voor groot gebruikers als bedrijven. Maar zonder deze optie blijf ik toch nog even rondkijken naar een vergelijkbare app die zowel de email als agenda integratie aanbied. Jammer want dit is tot nu toe wel de netste en overzichtelijkste app die ik tot nu toe gebruikt heb.

Op zoek naar een alternatief voor Wunderlist kwam deze voorbij. Al aan de slag geweest met ToDo van Microsoft, maar beiden bieden onvoldoende alternatief voor Wunderlist, dat toch mijn favoriet blijft. Helaas gaat deze 6 mei uit de lucht. Zonde, zonde, zonde!
Vormgeving is verder wel in orde, maar voor de (gratis) basisversie vind ik deze app onvoldoende. En om er maandelijks een redelijk bedrag voor te gaan betalen zie ik niet zitten, zeker niet omdat je niet weet wat je ervoor gaat krijgen. Ik heb in elk geval een gratis proefperiode voor de volledige versie gemist denk ik, want die is bij mij niet voorbij gekomen. Jammer.

Without a totally integrated calendar view it is useless.
LOOK AT THE BRILLIANTLY (truly brilliant) DESIGNED GETPLAN.CO WITH A COMPLETELY INTEGRATED CALENDAR : BOTH WAYS (I see all calendars from Google and all calendars from getplan.co).
You beat getplan.co hands down on UI quality but without the brilliantly integrated calendar WHERE I CAN PLAN ALL MY TASKS OVER THE DAY it is totally useless.
By the way : another MUST HAVE is to define the tasks as EVENTS with a starting TIME and a duration : EVERY TASK HAD A DURATION A MUST BE SCHEDULED TO A SPECIFIC SLOT IN MY CALENDAR : else it is just a useless task list (as trello also is in the end no matter how brilliant the idea, no matter that I used it for years : in the end it is a useless talk list mixed with kanban, which in the end is also useless),
Let me know when you have added this. ONCE YOU DO THIS YOU HAVE A KILLER THAT BLOWS EVERYTHING ELSE AWAY : getplan.co, trello, etc..
Then I will start paying from second 1!

Leuk programma, maar ik zie direct maandelijkse kosten om de applicatie volledig te kunnen gebruiken. Erg jammer, maar dan is het direct klaar voor mij.

At first I had problems importing all my Trello boards with a free account. Meistertask assured me via Twitter it should work for all my boards.
After re-register and taking the trial for Pro it worked.
Every board, including the attachments is imported.
And I am impressed by all features!

Meistertask en de app werken super. Alleen de koppeling met Apple watch werkt niet. De app blijft aangeven eerst te moeten inloggen.

Ik gebruik het nu twee jaar en ik kan niet meer zonder. Zovel op mijn iPad, iPhonen en webversie heb ik gebruikersgemak. Mijn favourite gereedschap? Timetracker. Zo weet je exact hoeveel tijd je kwijt bent aan een project.

Very intuitive and well designed. Even the basic version is full of useful tools and functions. The main dashboard is essential and functional, yet pretty. It's the kind of tool you're likely to keep using, rather than dropping out after a few weeks because it's too cumbersome and convoluted.
