Luna Display

The Luna is not compatible with a MacBook Pro. It appears to be an amateuristic toy

It works quite well, but if you mirror the display, the trackpad of the Magic Keyboard does not work.
So, you can do everything except scroll the mouse.
Really annoying!

Ok you need the dongle but it is very stable and it had just 3-4ms delay over wifi. I use it so much for my iPad Air 2 which does not work with sidecar and i use it during recordings to have a screen with the timecode.
I would like to use it at home on my mac mini as a tochbar how it can in sidecar but this is mot supported, unfortunately

I use the software and hardware combination for the best experience so far to acces and work on my Mac from different parts of the house via the iPad.

Al tijden was ik op zoek naar een applicatie waarmee ik mijn iPad Pro 2 als tweede scherm voor mijn Mac Pro uit 2013 kon gebruiken. De App Luna Display is een van de zeer weinigen die daar ook een hardwareoplossing voor biedt. Met behulp van een extra beeldontvangertje die je in je DisplayPoort plaats functioneert mijn iPad Pro 2 als een native tweede scherm zonder hinderlijke beeldvertragingen. Kortom deze applicatie is echt een aanrader!
