Login expired, when i try to login again it says wrong username or pwd but i didn’t change it. Anyway I tried also to reset it and server gives 405 error. Seems like functionality is totally broken. Please fix it.

Before I start, I’ll mention that I’m a software engineer and fully understand that software will almost always have bugs and pain-points. I’m almost always empathetic to applications with bugs.
After being bumped off our KLM flight about 32 hours before take-off, KLM booked us onto a Lufthansa flight.
My partner and I booked for additional luggage for both of us on KLM and wanted to book the same for our flight on Lufthansa.
While trying to go through the self-checkin flow, you already get a sense of the lack of attention to UX that’s in the app. When it came to booking extra luggage, the flow is deep in some obscure place in the app and website… and when you find it, the call to action does not work- so you cannot actually book extra luggage online.
I get hold of a support agent who ends up telling me that I’ll need to pay for this at the airport even though airport charges apply and that was the best I can get from them. Yes, there probably is a window where you can book this but it’s worth noticing two things: I was recently bumped to this flight and there is no user-friendly explanation about this “window”.
I’ll probably never use this app (and carrier) again until this app is more user-friendly.

Very strange to download an app and get it in a totally different language. Not able to change it because not readable.

This app is the worst. For months I am ha ing the same technical errors. Can’t get boarding pass. Payment problems.

Probeer al een paar dagen een ticket te boeken in de app, na alle vluchten en de prijs te hebben bevestigd kun je niet meer doorklikken. Gebeld met hun IT afdeling, daar kwam ik met een zeer slecht engels sprekende dame niet verder.

Literally the most complicated airline app. Checkin process is to terrible and UX UI is among the worst in the industry

We have been in Japan for three weeks and since we were there the Lufthansa app changed to the Japanese language. This kept on going. We could not even check in our return flight and therefore we got the wo st seats possible in the flight back. Wrote a letter to Lufthansa and they told us that a glitch in the software was the problem. However being home in the Netherlands the app does not change language. What to do now?

Everything is good , staff are polite. However I had a concern that the ID document if passengers was not checked . This is strange breach of security which left me uncomfortable because co passengers can be anyone. This needs to be changed. Thank you

Slow. Can’t add my booking. When checking in online you see the wrong date. Food in economy is terrible. The Germans lost it.

App does not accept password from icloud. When requesting a new password the link in the email links to a site that shows that the link is expired. Did this three times and thee times failed.
The app was pretty bad already and now unusable.

My language settings are in Greek and cannot seem to find where to change it into English

App doesn’t let me add miles and more number.
Must adjust a lot of personal details. And changes are constantly rejected

Check-in system doesn’t work. Unable to retrieve reservation every time. Also, support function doesn’t work. Disgrace.

The app is in German. I can’t find where to change it in English.
Very irritating.
German is not a global language.

Helaas, ik wilde een ticket (retour) in business boeken van Amsterdam naar Tokyo boeken. Dit lukt niet. Loopt vast bij de betaling erg jammer dit.

Upcoming Flight to HKG cancelled whiteout notification. Do it yourself so Un-Germanlike actions.
On my phone the LH app works perfect, gate changes @ last minute come in by a special message, when the boarding gets started. Deutsche Grundlichkeit ...sehr gut.

Really! Nothing works! The info available in the app is absolutely below any level of decency.

Due to a delayed departure from Thessaloniki we arrived too late in Frankfurt. Lots of people missed the next fligth and so did I. We were told that hotels would be arranged and we should go to the Lufthansa Service Center. But nobody was there. All Lufthansa Service Centers were closed. I could print my rebooked boarding pass from the machine but everybody finally needed to find a hotel by themselves. Big big troubles for lots of people.
Big shame for a company like Lufthansa!
