Ik heb Kucoin-app nu enige tijd gebruikt en ik ben er behoorlijk tevreden over. Vergeet niet de code letsgooo te gebruiken bij het registreren om 10% korting te krijgen op de handelscommissie en een beloning tot $700 na de eerste storting.

I think for over a year now they are operating illegally in The NL and they have no intention to fix that. Stay away from this company, you cant trust them and lose everything in a heartbeat when they shut you out “because of the authorities”, cause you can bet anything that they will blame anyone but themselves. Very shady company.

They decided to add a layer of “security” so my funds are now lost. Thanks. Idiots.

Do not trust this exchange. They let you buy coins and taking of the coin two days later. You can’t change for USDT or something else. Kucoin support is rubbish! Watch out. #scam

If you are being sent to this app by supposedly “ASOS” remote work opportunity, it is a SCAM you are doing work on someone elses account then you will have to pay 80 euros yourself from your money and supposedly you will get 200 something USD comission (which even if it where true is a profit of only 100eur) DO NOT TRUST!
They use multiple little girls pictures on whatsapp to talk you into it and provide misleading information.

For the love of me I can’t figure out their UI. Setting a margin trading order is so confusing, I gave up. You can’t see your exposure or what you’re doing yet the UI is cluttered with all sorts of useless information.

They know exactlyhow to reach you when they launch a new coin or promotion, but they can’t contact you when they decide to delist one of your tokens. I didn’t log in for nearly a year during bear market, only to find that they had conviscated over 2K euro! in FKX tokens from my account. Their customer support only uses the standaard scripted reply that I forfitted them because I didn’t not withdraw them before the deadline they had set and I wasn’t aware of. One simple text would have been enough to warn me, but I guess this is a big part of their business model.

Terrible exchange and customer support. Blocking withdrawals for my whole account for a deposit that is 25x smaller then the account value. No response on email and if there is response, it is postponing. Thieves!

Your p2p seems very bulky and inefficient, for 1 prices aren’t auto-updated
You should look into making prices auto update continually in spaces of 5-10 seconds
Or have a button next to the price to refresh the price for buyers and sellers.
Also provide an option for sellers to choose what bank they would like to have their payouts made out to.

However, there’s one significant improvement I’d like to see: a landscape view for iPad users. As many of us prefer using our iPads horizontally, especially when analyzing charts or managing trades, the lack of a landscape mode is a noticeable oversight. Adding this feature would greatly enhance the user experience and make KuCoin an even more valuable tool for traders on the go. I hope to see this update in a future version. Thank you!

Never use this exchange guys, the support is only being done by AI and doesn't provide any support. Choose another exhange would be my advice.

I suspect them of selling email addresses to spammers and scammers.

If you downloaded and logged in, you never can get rid of it.
It’s impossible to delete it.
It has options to do so, but it doesn’t work.
