Kraken Pro: Crypto Trading

Terrible app. They change everything every month. Not the look and feel as in the past. Using my PC again for trades.

Since a recent update tens of notifications per day about price changes. It’s either that or none.

Mijn opname is niet aangekomen terwijl het staat instant uitbetaald! Ik heb met klantenservice contact opgenomen en ik word gewoon genegeerd…. Doe hier geen geld storten

Kraken is the only exchange where you need to install 3 apps if you want to use the service. The normal Kraken app for usage and easy buys, the Pro app for lower fees and the Krak App to use the Card. Why can’t this be combined in one app? Like ByBit. You could make a lite and a pro version in one app and also a Card tab. This shouldn’t be that hard Kraken.

I'm not a crypto beginner but am new to exchanges. After joining Kraken my first transaction there involving ETH was incorrectly done. My mistake. Kraken support refuse to help despite the transaction going through to the ETH address Kraken supplied.
The frustrating issue is that if you are Kraken you can amend this error .. even Grok explains it is definitely possible to amend if the will is there to help. Kraken clearly don't have the will to keep my business, nor to help. Lack of client care it is, negligence also or even theft.
When you have the power to help as Kraken do, but they won't help nor resolve the issue .. it says a lot about Kraken. Beware. You have been warned.
No problem. It's time to close my Kraken account and go to Coinbase or a more professional setup than Kraken. I expect, however all the exchanges are the same .. what benefits them rather than the customer.

Had troubles finding how to validate the account. The app said "Verified" but was not showing any option to continue. Closed the account the same day.

According to the terms of service Kraken reserves the right to close your account without explaination, they have done this recently with a lot of accounts.
I no longer trust this platform.

Fijne en duidelijke applicatie, gebruik ook de gewone kraken app als zijnde een crypto spaarpot

Ik probeer al weken mijn short te sluiten maar krijg alleen een robot te spreken. Wat een drama.

Notifications get broken after every update so price alerts dont work, maintanence or post only on daily basis making it unable to trade an now been logged out of the app unable to log back in cause i get an error

Used many exchanges, lots of them advertise to be good for you yet they have sneaky tactics, holding your money for longer than needed on hold etc. Kraken excelled in all aspects for all the years I’ve been using it!

Ik gebruik al enige tijd de kraken pro app. Helaas heb ik sinds een maand last dat de app continu vastloopt of vertraagd reageert.
De andere normale versie app werkt wel gewoon goed. Ik heb een iPhone 14 pro.
Ik hoop dat er wat aangedaan word. Anders 5 sterren

Really like the app but I’m missing one feauture and that is to switch currency by tapping on it (USD or BTC or EUR) in the Portfolio section.

Kraken app is nice to use on your mobile. IDeal work perfect. The trading cost are low. Nice that you can use analytics for trading.

I never write a review but I just wanted to let you all know I got someone on the phone on a Sunday within 10 seconds. I thought something had gone wrong with my order, but I didn’t understand FIFO, so the guy explained what it was and that I shouldn’t beat myself up for it and that it happened to the best of us. Love this company man

Really great for new and advanced traders.
But really missing an conditional order option! Please add this in the future.
