Valt veel weg laatste tijd en blijft route berekenen heel vervelend en iedereen klaagt erover. Springt zo op route berekenen en gaat allemaal omwegen geven.

Uitstekende app, geeft files, snelheidscameras weer. Vanmorgen ineens een stem in een onherkenbare buitenlandse taal.
Weet niet hoe dit in orde te maken.

When planning a route, you can choose the default or another route, for instance the fastest. But if you choose another route, you have to constantly babysit Apple Maps because if you stray one meter from the line it’ll snap back to the default. Obnoxious behavior, no chance Apple didn’t notice this they just didn’t care enough to fix it, it’s been like this for years.

Its always choose the slowest route so dump he doesn’t not even change route when its traffic

Often sound is turned off, when using the app. You discover this while driving, so doable but dangerous to fix this. Even then at times it doesnt guide you by voice. Really? Driving, sound is put on, but no voice to guide you, safety first, this apple maps setting does not overrule any other setting. Really?
Another annoying thing iPhone 12 easy via Siri’s voice command switching easily between apple maps and flitsmeister (police speed checks). Now via iPhone 17 pro at times Siri doesnt respond, and when it does listen to “hey siri” by ‘glowing’ it plays dumb & not switching.
I do not like my new iPhone 17 pro … too many options & important thing (navigation) is often annoying & let me make detours. I’m starting with waze has also build in speed check.
And giving alternative ‘quicker’ routed through small neighbourhoud roads. Really? How stupid is that. Bad for the neighbourhood, bad for my general orientation of a new (holliday) city. Just use the main routes, like the city planner has meant to use.
Gulf of Amerika? What is this for stupid change? Next the change Greenland into GreenAmerika?

Documents and data is taking up too much storage. Offloading or deleting the app does not help. App doc&data keeps growing weekly even if you don’t have the app installed on your phone. Google maps is better ;(

Wrong instructions.
Wrong speed limits.
Unable to view a route from a location I’m not present - so unable to plan ahead.
Adresses unknown - very poor database.
Roadworks unknown - sending me into closed roads.
Estimed ETA is quite good actually.

Hou alsjeblieft op met het bij de navigatie spreken over stoplichten! Irriteer me er mateloos aan. Het zijn verkeerslichten. Slechts 1 van de 3 lichten in een verkeerslicht is een stoplicht!

Ze hebben de dorpen van Libanon verwijderd in opdracht van is ra hel. Ik hoop dat de medewerkers allemaal mee maken wat de mensen in Palestina en Libanon

Apple has ethnically cleansed southern Lebanon from Apple Maps. When you zoom in on South Lebanon, all the roads are still there, even some monuments. But every single Lebanese village and town has been completely erased. Smaller Israeli settlements in northern Israel are still listed on Apple Maps. This has occurred simultaneously with Israel bombing and bulldozing every village in southern Lebanon. This is ethnic cleaning. Ethnic cleansing is genocide. Apple is now explicitly complicit in the ethnic cleansing of Lebanon.

Apple Maps should provide accurate, neutral information, not selectively remove place names. The disappearance of locations in southern Lebanon raises serious concerns about bias and reliability. A map should reflect reality, not reshape it.

Stuurde mij verkeerd. Ziet geen files. TomTom wel en Maps ook.
Waarom kan ik kaarten niet uit lijst verwijderen?

Apple calendar locations on map don’t work without. So 1 star for lack of effort and gfy.

En paar keer opgemerkt dat de max. snelheid niet juist wordt aangegeven. Graag zie ik een toegevoegde optie in de app (naast de andere opties om iets te melden) bv een onjuiste max. snelheid aanduiding door te geven.
Update: 25-3-2026!, nog steeds regelmatig onjuiste aanduiding borden max. snelheid!

Please add arrival time of subway lines in china regions, and show CR & CRH route clearly, don't use that Amap's information
