My account karimmansour02 was deactivated by mistake — not because of any violation, but due to an error on your side. I have asked multiple times for a proper review and reactivation of my account. And yet, every single time, I am told that my request will be sent to a “special team”, and then that team responds by sending me a generic link with information about possible reasons why an account could be deactivated.
That’s it.
No actual help.
No follow-up.
The chat gets closed right after, and I can’t respond anymore.
I have learned nothing new from those links. I have not received any explanation or actual support. I’ve been left in the dark — and my account has now been deactivated for over a month.
I am asking one simple thing: reactivate my account.
Please stop sending me generic information and actually look into my case. I deserve real support — not automatic responses.
This situation is completely unacceptable.
