Hate the new menu placement, it leaves a weird bar at the bottom on iPad os. Also, for the umpteenth time: please fix the scaling issue on iPad finally. (Years and years and it still sucks)

The latest version breaks the usability on iPad in landscape. Videos are 3 times higher than the screen and will only play automatically if you accidentally have it aligned with one particular pixel in the center of the display.

Clicking notifications of reactions or comments no longer allows you to open the entire comment thread, it only shows the reaction. Very annoying. Also: please fix the scaling issue on iPad finally.

New update since end of September 2022 has been having performance ussues regarding search option not working properly, no search window to write in pops up anymore.
Randomly closing down the app while scrollingg through posts. Have reported the first problem and got a response, but no real new update has come since then.

You guys broke the app when you added ads to it its constantly crashing. before all the ads and repeating "sponsored" posts it was working perfectly hmm maybe I'll start looking for another source of fun cause you guys aint fun anymore

The latest version freezes. When it does, it freezes my phone. Phone will heat up and become unresponsive. I have to enter sleep mode and wait for a minute. Then I can open the phone again and close the app. It keeps getting worse with all these ads. This app is going downhill.

The overlay, the feel, the ads all the changes they made are bad. This is the worst update to date. You can see how the new imgur owners are 100% going for money. At the cost of quality and a user friendly experience.
And now they placed a fixed add at the bottom of the screen.
Why are you trying to make me pay to use my full screen? It’s not gonna happen!

Been using this app for years. A few weeks ago Imgur was sold to some corporate moneygrabbers. And hey: since a few weeks it kept freezing. Finally reinstalled it, and now I have to sign in, just to lurk? The “skip” option for registering magically disappeared. What a coincidence!

Since the last update there is a constant add on you screen which just takes up space and blocks the stuff you want to see, constant crashes don’t help any either

Application is okay. The community however ... meh. It mainly about the US and their politics. If you're interested in that then this might be interesting application for you.

Can we not at least enjoy a meme dump without a full screen ad before scrolling to the next one...?

Imgur uses a lot of processing power, drains battery and heats up the phone. There is also a memory leak, making Imgur hog up all RAM up to the point where it closes other apps and eventually even itself. Please fix this
