I had purchased the full app 2 months back. After the last update, my purchase it not visible in the app anymore. There is an option to restore, but nothing happends. Only option left is to pay again. I have emailed screenshot of my apple id payment to hypetype. But they can’t help because they have sold the app to another company: “We recently sold the app to another company and it’s possible they disabled the in-app purchases we had set-up. “
Asked to which company and contact info but no responds. But tips to delete and redownload the app ( doesn’t help) and to contact apple about it, but Apple redirects to the hypetype developers if you follow the options. I have now reported the problem to Apple as that the download doesn’t work in the hope that they can help me. But great app, just don’t do any updates after payment
