I paid for a subscription based on reviews I’ve read online. It was not at all what I expected.
The repertoire is super productivity-oriented, which I get, but I’d like to see a bit more variety. Every recommendation I get is something along the lines of Rich Dad Poor Dad or some productivity bestseller of the sort.
There’s an overall AI slop feeling (mostly due to the AI-generated voices and due to the way the content is written). The AI generated voices is what triggers me the most, it feels so unnatural and makes it hard to follow the content.
Should I’ve tried the free trial before paying for the subscription? Absolutely, and that’s what I’d encourage you to do with this app

I wish I could give zero stars. This is 100% a scam. After making a basic subscription for a month, there was displayed additional stuff, with no visible prices. To be able to continue I had to click on something, and immediately I got charged, twice. Before my trial ended I stopped my subscription fully, yet they charged me full price! So instead of €12,81 for the trial, they charged me €82,- I want a refund from you, otherwise, I will be obliged to report it to the police

Just filled with AI slop pretending to be knowledge, waste of money.
Trying to cancel the subscription will result in error after error. Absolute scum.

Don't wast your time it's not free and chatgpt can do most things the app does. Please stop wasting people's time with long sgin up just to ask them to pay later

Na opzeggen komt er geen enkele bevestiging via mail van je opzegging. Log je na een paar dagen weer in sta je gewoon weer genoteerd als lid en kun je weer voor een jaar betalen. Uiteindelijk geldklopperij van de bovenste plank.

The app offers a wide range of book summaries across different genres and is easy to navigate. I like the clean design and how quickly you can find and read or listen to summaries.
There is a lot of variety in content and the platform is clearly well developed and regularly updated. The summaries are concise and helpful for getting key insights from books in a short amount of time.
Customer support was also responsive and helpful when I had a question.
Overall a useful app for anyone who enjoys learning in a structured and time-efficient way.

I spend a good amount with their app and then I realized I placed wrong email. Tried to contact them to be able to use the app and they didn’t help or answered at all. Do not recommend

Reading one or two summaries a day feels engaging and motivates to grow further. Good app!

The speed changes per chapter.. super weird, and you cannot leave reviews of the books - why?! Also they only have 2 voices.. what?! And they charge for this.. if you ise AI, at least add more and good ones.They also change the covers of the books and they all have the same style.. it is unsettling, they dont look like the originals

Very difficult and misleading process to unsubscribe! It has cost me a lot of money. Not recommended!

I signed up for a one-month trial and ended up being charged not only for the subscription but also for three extra books I never requested — including 50 Best Reads, Sex Education, and Self Reflection.
When you contact customer service, they give the same scripted excuse every scammy app uses: “The option was there and you accepted it.” Completely misleading and feels like a setup to charge you for things you never agreed to.
Total month subscription costed me about 50eur

Not very happy with app interface, though to find interesting summaries. After one month, apparently the subscription costs went up from €10 to €32. Did not notice this at signup, very expensive. When wanting to end the subscription, you have to navigate through many annoying screens on a tough to find website. App has been very annoyingly growth hacked

Even though I love to read, to be able to listen to summaries of so many interesting books makes it so easy to access knowledge!

When you click continue after paying for the subscription, they automatically sign you up for additional services and upcharged. I was charged twice >50€ even though I only gave permission for a 20€ subscription. Horrible way of dealing with new customers.

The app is okay (with the discount), but the renewal process of the subscription is very silent, no communication at all, it just ping 130 bucks in your credit card without a single warning, and according to the platform, there’s nothing you can do about that. So make sure that you CANCEL it as soon as you subscribe, so in a year you can think if it worth to keep it or not

In der App findest du viele Zusammenfassungen von Büchern, die extrem unreflektiert sind und auch teilweise toxische Verhaltensweisen anpreisen. Die Texte sind wiederholend, einen echten Lerneffekt kann ich nicht erkennen. Auch typische male gaze Inhalte, die weder sozialen Hintergrund, Privilegien und systematische Benachteiligungen in Betracht ziehen. Ich habe mir mehr erhofft und bin tatsächlich extrem enttäuscht von der App
