Placed an order for 66 Euro. After an hour I got a notification that my order had been delivered, but I didn't receive anything. Contacted Customer Service in the chat, and they requested one more delivery. The guy who came delivered only 4 items out of 16 (!). Contacted Customer Service again, and they promised it would be delivered ASAP. 3 HOURS PAST - nothing! And can you imagine, eventually they did a refund for all the missing items (after 3 hours!), and placed that amount on the balance in the app (what for do I need money in your freaking app?!) and promised to compensate me…are you ready? 5 EURO FOR INCONVENIENCE, but in fact they not only didn't refund me the promised 5 Euro but in fact refunded less on 0, 50€. It's not a service, it is a JOKE. The interesting part, I sent a complaint via email - they couldn't care less. No answer, no call whatsoever. Deleting the app. Wish you “luck” with this level of service
