Garmin Connect™

Love the watch but reconnecting the app to the watch daily to ensure my trainings are loaded on my watch is more than just frustrating. It is there for years already. Unbelievable it was not resolved over time.

I’m wearing during the day my venu 2 and all day the cirqa smart band (since launch).
Recently I’m experiencing network connection issues while synchronizing the data.
The interface of the app is imo outdated and not designed with the user in mind. Many settings are not logical positioned.
All the AI models agree on this ;)
What I really miss is the floor count option on the cirqa, now I have the use my old venu watch (with a degraded battery) for daily activities which I only want to use for exercises and as a watch.

I changed to farming because it was supposed to be very good, but after. Over a year using it I have to say it is really bad. Many times it doesn’t detect my sleep for over 2 hours, it tells me I’ve had a demanding day when I’ve been the whole day on the couch or the other way around, and now it’s set up the day to one day further for some reason and it hasn’t synchronised with the app for over a month. Not recommendable. I will change brands next time.

RE latest version: the pairing is working again; no more issues with Bluetooth! Thank you for fixing it

How many times do I need to reconnect my €700 watch and my €500 bike computer with this app?!

Compared to other brands, this interface looks like it’s from 2014. Especially for the Cirqa, where the app is the product, this is unacceptable.

Kan inmiddels geen GPX routes meer openen of delen naar connect met de laatste versie. Sigma, GPX viewer of Waterkaart doen het wel, zelfs na de-installatie doet connect het niet. Jammer.

Wat een waardeloze app is dit toch die connect app. Hoe moeilijk kan het. Simple horloge, bluetooth verbinding en een beetje data overhalen

Gebruik het horloge en de app al jaren, over het algemeen naar tevredenheid. Maar laatste tijd verliest het horloge na een paar dagen connectie met de app (recentste versie) op de telefoon en moet ik de app verwijderen en het horloge (venu 2S) helemaal uit doen voordat ik opnieuw kan koppelen. Nogal irritant

Please for the love of my sanity fix the connection issues, I’ve repaired my watch about 15 times and it only stays paired maybe a day if I’m lucky, and when it is paired it then says the app doesn’t have Bluetooth permissions, of which there is no evidence of the app asking for permissions
Please fix your app

RE latest version: it still can’t pair my watch. I now can get past the pairing code, but then get a message saying Bluetooth is unavailable on the watch while it shows up as connected in the Bluetooth devices list
Fix this app! It suddenly stopped connecting to my Vivomove Sport a couple of weeks ago, and cannot connect anymore. Tried everything: forget Bluetooth device, reinstall app, complete reset of the watch, all in various orders. The watch connects to Bluetooth just fine, but when trying to pair within the app, the app automatically sees the correct model (and color!) but after typing in the pairing code, it just fails to connect. TERRIBLE

13-8-26 Connect app nieuw update verbind de telefoon wel maar er komen NOG STEEDS geen berichten op de horloge. Push instellingen op de iPhone staan wel goed….
Dit is ineens opgetreden. Alles al opnieuw geïnstalleerd maar werkt nog steeds niet…..

VO2 max voor fietsen wordt al maanden niet getoond. Gisteren de app geüpdatet en toen werd het zowaar getoond, maar vandaag alweer niet meer. Ik fiets meerdere keren per week, dus ik snap niet waarom de app dit steeds niet toont. Dit onderdeel is echt al heel lang kapot, graag oplossen

Ik gebruik de app al jaren naar al tevredenheid. Misschien 1 dingetje, ik mis eigenlijk de activiteit “spinning” in de app. Zou mooi zijn als die in een update toegevoegd zou kunnen worden. Voor de rest prima app.

Waardeloze app die, ondanks verbinding met hartslagband, Apple Health, vermogensmeter etc. je gegevens niet bijhoudt en dus met onzinnge trainingsanalyses komt. Je zou van Garmin en voor het geld dat je voor de apparatuur betaalt toch echt meer mogen verwachten

Over the past few months connection to my Garmin Venu was already dropping, but since the last update it is not even possible to establish a fresh connection

Sinds de laatste update valt de connectie met de app steeds weg icm verbonden AirPods. Bluetooth connectie met de telefoon werkt wel maar de app zecht dat mijn forerunner niet verbonden is. Waardeloos!

Since the latest update 5.27.1 recurring badges for streaks (10k a day, run streak, 30 for 30, etc) only mentio ‘completed’, but not the number of days done or to go in the streak. Completed means nothing, could be today, yesterday or two months back. Please revert this back to how it was before.
