  Verschillende schermen werken steeds niet. Workout details, nieuwsfeed etc. Beperkt wel de functionaliteit van het horloge.

• Waardeloze app

  Ik moet deze app elke twee maanden (ongeveer) verwijderen van mijn telefoon en opnieuw installeren. Hij verliest de Bluetooth verbinding van mijn Forerunner 255S met mijn iPhone en die is dan op geen andere manier te herstellen. Het lijkt wel of Garmin Apple-gebruikers naar de Apple Watch dwingt omdat ze zelf niet in staat lijken de verbinding te maken.

• Uitstekende app

  Gewoon voor sporters met verschillende sporten en Garmin producten de beste (sport) outdoor app die er is.

• GPX Import Broken

  GPX Imports do not work anymore. It seems the app imports the file in some smart route editor, which defaults the route length to 5km, and does not offers the option to save your imported route anymore. This is the single function I use the app for.

• Excellent except the horrible Connect+

  It works beautiful and love the app. I use most of the features. The whole movement and push to Connect+ is the absolutely worst decision ever. So every feature in Connect+ will degrade the nimber of stars. Maybe there is a better oppen source alternative on the horizon.

• Great insights

  Keeps evolving with clean clear and customizable overviews and data. Also a great new mobile way to great courses on the fly, which was a bit overdue for improvements

• Convenient but so buggy

  Having the Garmin connect up to follow all my metrics closely is a real benefit when purchasing one of the watches but I have found it to be extremely slow and buggy. I constantly find that my watch cannot sync immediately and that activities and coach plans often cannot be displayed on the first 3 or 4 times of clicking on them. This really effects the user experience so much that it does does have me questioning whether to purchase a strava premium plan instead. It’s a shame because I enjoy the single ecosystem model

  Waarom kan ik bij het maken van de workout geen halve kilo’s instellen? Je ziet het wel bij de workout maar bij het instellen is het niet mogelijk

• En alweer leidt de update tot allerlei problemen!

  En bij de laatste update problemen met gegevens laden. Workouts niet in te zien, activiteit niet opgeslagen, probleem met internet verbinding. Bah, bah, bah!
  Nu ook wéér problemen met synchroniseren! Activiteit wordt niet weergegeven! Spotify synchroniseren gaat ook niet.
  Wat een waardeloze update! Onoverzichtelijk en synchroniseren gaat niet meer automatisch bij openen app en duurt echt veel te lang. Please, zet de vorige versie terug!

• Chaos

  The UI/UX of this app is complete chaos. It feels like it was designed without any understanding of how people actually navigate an app. Basic settings and features are scattered everywhere, terminology is inconsistent, and simple tasks require endless digging. Garmin has excellent hardware and data, but the app desperately needs a complete UX redesign. Honestly, just study the Fitbit/Google app and simplify this mess.

• Reconnecting my watch every day

  It’s ridiculous! I’m with Garmin for years already. But it’s a red line. I can’t use my watch without spending my time daily to reconnect them again and again. And now they don’t even pair properly. I need to reinstall the app. Support is useless. Very frustrating. Honestly, if it’s not fixed soon, next watch won’t be Garmin. What you’ve done with Connect is also something I’m not happy about.

• Useless sleep tracking.

  Generally love the brand and I don’t have big issues with most of the app. But sleep tracking across timezones or even as a shift worker is useless.
  Cirqa doesn’t change its time zone. If you’re still awake during your “sleep schedule” the Fenix behaves strangely, morning reports when you plan to lie in to beyond your usual sleep window. Complete nights of sleep not recorded because it wasn’t according to schedule. Garmin, not everyone works 9-5, monday to friday. Back to Whoop?

• Frustrating every day

  Love the watch but reconnecting the app to the watch daily to ensure my trainings are loaded on my watch is more than just frustrating. It is there for years already. Unbelievable it was not resolved over time.

• Improvement needed

  I’m wearing during the day my venu 2 and all day the cirqa smart band (since launch).
  Recently I’m experiencing network connection issues while synchronizing the data.
  The interface of the app is imo outdated and not designed with the user in mind. Many settings are not logical positioned.
  All the AI models agree on this ;)
  What I really miss is the floor count option on the cirqa, now I have the use my old venu watch (with a degraded battery) for daily activities which I only want to use for exercises and as a watch.

• Not good

  I changed to farming because it was supposed to be very good, but after. Over a year using it I have to say it is really bad. Many times it doesn’t detect my sleep for over 2 hours, it tells me I’ve had a demanding day when I’ve been the whole day on the couch or the other way around, and now it’s set up the day to one day further for some reason and it hasn’t synchronised with the app for over a month. Not recommendable. I will change brands next time.
