It used to be such a fun game and i recently dowloaded it again only for my characters to be gone everytime i reopen the app. Please find something to fix this with because im not the only one and sometimes these characters take hours to make.

So I like the game, I had this since 2019 or 2020, but theres one problem you need to fix! I made all of my characters and it took hours to make them, but when I reopened the game, my characters are gone! Please fix this issue:(

Okay, the sad thing about this game that after you restart it all your characters will be deleted so even though you’ve made a hard time making your OC it will be still deleted after you restart the game :( but it’s still fun

My characters do not save. It is incredibly annoying so please fix it because at this point the game sucks.

its a good game i love using it and making characters, but my game resets to the beginning (when u like first started) every 1-20 minutes and its really annoying.

Little hack for saving your character before leaving the game: click ‘return to title’ before leaving the game and it should save your characters.
Other than that, please fix that other bug so I can export and import my characters again

Amazing game, with alot of details. But anytime i make a character, nothing saves. Its made me quite frustrated and the game is unplayable.

Love everything,nice and fun with a lot of props,but the problem is that as a lot of people already mentioned,EVERY TIME I make an oc or make a prop or scenario of something and then leave the game,everything is gone and it’s like a never made them in the first place!(

I lost everything I made and I didn’t even delete it, I didn’t do anything, I DIDNT EVEN KNOW AB THE TRANSFER BEFORE, AND NOW MY FAV CHARACTERS ARE GONE, I DESPISE ALL OF YALL PEOPLE

I just wasted so much time making characters just for them to be deleted , I’ve had to remake them throughout the day because time and time again they just disappeared again, I spend hours getting all my characters all nice looking but when I close the app they just disappear again. My sister is having the same issue and I just read some reviews from years ago complaining about the same thing. Why hasn’t this been fixed?

Listen I love this app but this one thing keep getting on my nerves, because I close the app normally everytime and I have to redo all my process everytime I open the app. I keep having to restart everything I did and it’s very sad cus I love my creations and I don’t know how to remake them. It makes me upset and mad because I spend much time on everything. and it disappoints me to see my inspiration disappear everytime.

The app is great, but it keeps deleting ALL of my ocs when the app closes. I literally tried EVERYTHING atp, but it just keeps deleting itself, and resetting the data, including all of my progress. It basically goes back to lvl 0 and everything like that.

It’s the best game ever, but it doesn’t work on iPhone anymore, I can only play it on my tablet, Im DESPARETE for you to fix that

So I started playing and I made my characters and when I closed the app and later opened it again they where all gone. I made it again and then I thought it was a tiny bug nothing serious. So I try again I close the app and then again I need to say how old I am and stuff. And honestly I might quit because of this because it happens every time I close. Please fix th is because i saw the same concept but from four years ago… please fix this :)

Whenever I leave the game all my work disappears and I can’t get it back. This is very annoying so please fix it.

Its a fun app where you can make oc’s and collect and defeat characters. Though, everytime I leave the app it close itself and i lose all my progress with the battle part. Its incredibly annoying especially if you spent a lot of time on it. So possibly fix this issue for the few people who still play it.
