MeerMet enige regelmaat is het niet mogelijk om mails via de app te beantwoorden. De website is niet mobiel vriendelijk dus dat is dan ook geen optie. Ik vraag me af waar het aan ligt want we betalen er wel voor. Momenteel is er alleen de optie notities/ doorsturen.

Apparently you can create filters on desktop and see them in the app. Remember that somehow, there is some translation going on, so if you save it in Dutch, it might appear as filter in English.

We use Freshdesk for our support desk. This app is disappointing. Can’t filter on agents in here. We get loads of tickets, but there is no way to just filter the ones on my name. Seriously, why?4door Eri******11/05/2021Super app

MeerIf you make a new email and want to add a attachments like a picture from your iOS camera roll you get a strange question in a language I can not read and worse of all it makes from a picture a complete different file type.

MeerWij gebruiken de gratis versie. Over het algemeen tevreden maar waar we tegenaan lopen is het goed kunnen zien wat de klant nu precies heeft geantwoord. Alle antwoorden lopen door elkaar. De betaalde versie is wellicht een optie maar is buiten proportie duur.

MeerAfter the big overhaul they basically broke tha app and made it counter intuitive. Nice job!

MeerThe app does not work intuitive. For example it is very annoying that in the app the message are shown in reverse from the web application. Also need to kill the app quite often to be able to clear notifications. Hope you keep improving it.

MeerHet zou helemaal geweldig zijn voor alle mobile gebruikers dat je het tel nummer kan aantikken bij de ticketgegevens en dat dan je mobile telefoon het nummer kiest!

MeerUnfornutately the new app is not great (yet). It doest handle tickets with lengthly conversations properly and updating tickets results in crashes. Please improve ASAP!

MeerHi guys,
I appreciate the new fresh look of the iOS update. Overall is looks nice, but to be honest it’s annoying:
- ticket list is way too big
- don’t see a loading icon when I’m refreshing notifications
- can’t close a ticket with one click within ticket detail view
- after resolving a ticket, app crashes

MeerI’ve had to go back to the legacy app since this one was updated. It really doesn’t work well and inhabits a quick workflow.
Twitter tickets can’t be answered from the app. Template text loads way too slow so you’re already typing when it finally appears. There is no different style in the list for tickets you haven’t responded to yet. And lots of other small buggy or unclear interface issues that makes it feel a lousy copy from an other platform which wasn’t really tested for everyday use.
On my iPad I’ve resorted to using the website (which has its own layout issues and is way too slow viewing the All tickets list). On my phone I now use the legacy app, hoping you extend support for it beyond Jan 31 until the new app gets the live it needs.2door Eer**03/02/2019Fresh but layout size too big
